I hope so Ali and Jenna....we just have to get through it, it's just unbelievable at this stage with so few calories going in but perhaps our bodies are just resisting and holding onto weight incase we are starving bu that can't last long can it? Please say no haha x
Yeah I think maybe you're doing the right thing Wenny, I'm not sure I'm strong enough to not weigh for another 3 weeks...but perhaps I should. Jenna...want to enter a no-weigh pact for a few weeks? Get through this stall? X

My check up is on March 14th so I can def do up til there, that'd be 3 and a bit weeks. Oh my goodness it's gonna be really tough. Let's do it!!! X
Jenna it's so hard not weighing already!! Haha, I'll stay strong! The dietician from Telford rang me today to ask me some questions about how it's going...she asked me what my typical days intake looked like so I said: Breakfast - Porridge with milk powder and a spoon of nutella mixed in. Lunch - Mozzarella or tuna in a sweet potato jacket. Snack - Half a hot cross bun (new discovery that I can eat and soooo thrilled, YUM) Tea - Beef stew, Salmon chowder or Lamb hotpot etc + 3 pints of nas squash and 1-2 cups of coffee per day She was really happy with that. I told her I hadn't managed the fortimels, as they made me feel sick and she wasn't concerned. As long as I was taking my vitamins etc then she was pleased. I'm happy she's happy and sounds like I'm doing ok! Good times xxx
Coming up to 3 and a half weeks now hun, I'm ahead of where I should be which isn't everybody's choice, but it's mine. I listened to my body and what I felt it needed/wanted and I never pushed it if it felt uncomfortable. But I am going to stick to soft foods until the 6 week check up. Also, although the types of food sound great, I can't eat much of them, which suits me just fine. Porridge with a spoon of nutella in is simply devine!! I never thought to do it, but it's on the new nutella advert and I was like...I need that in my life! You don't need much of it to make a really scrummy chocolatey/nutty porridge How you getting on sweet? X
