Slimpip's Sleeve Jan'14

Think sizing in some places is a lot smaller than in others so that could be the reason for the differences though inches might also be to blame
 
Oh gosh I've not had a good diet day today. I had the dentist this morning and don't like to eat anything beforehand, so it got to about 10ish before I could have anything, and that anything happened to be hula hoops. Oops. Then I had a twirl (my colleague gave it to me, it was a mini one though lol), then I had 0 protein whatsoever for lunch and didn't eat much of tea. Terrible food day, will write it off and have a good day tomorrow. Every now and then it's bound to happen I suppose, but really don't want it to become a habit.

Actually tomorrow we are heading up to Chester for a friends engagement night out/meal/party thing. It's costing us a bleeding fortune but hey ho. Will be at home for breakfast and lunch so will make sure I eat well, then dinner out at a restaurant followed by a couple of glasses of wine no doubt.

My other half wants to start a 10week weight loss/muscle building programme he has read about in Men's Health. It means getting up at 06.30 6 mornings a week to do 20 mins of cardio, then an hour in the gym 4 nights a week on top of that. It also means eating very regularly and an awful lot of protein and supplements. I'm keen for him to do it, I'll support him every way and hopefully it'll make me do some exercise too. We'll see if he does it though, I know that sounds mean but it's a huge commitment and to be honest I'm just not sure he will stick it out. I told him that I'll go all army major on him if he wants, to motivate/terrify him into doing what's necessary lol.

I'm also going back on my word about something and rejoining the gym. I've had a small pay rise, which has effectively paid for the membership, so I couldn't really reason why I shouldn't. I've been feeling so anxious about exercising outdoors, and I kind of miss swimming. So I'll rejoin and go 2-3 times a week without fail. If I don't, my other half is going to cancel it for me haha. Time to step up and get this booty in shape for summer. Bring on the sweats!!! X

Work is the worst! They're always saying things like, 'but it's only a small one... here have two.' lol
Good for you with the swimmingness... it'll seem easier and be more fun if it's something you enjoy doing. :)

Oh how annoying nobodies tickers are showing so I can't alter mine by 2lbs!!! I'm so unbelievaly thrilled because I have had a terrible food week. I went to Chester for an engagement party and ate lots of snacky food, a nice meal and breaky in the morning. Granted I can't eat big quantities but I can't half graze. Here comes the need for the willpower I was lacking before the op...oops, must work on that! So I have officially lost 4st2 now...in 3 1/2 months...I'm trying for 3 lbs this week to say I'm 17st something which would be amazing. The only way is up (or down as it were), hope everyone is well and enjoying this gorgeous sunshine xxx
 
Woohoo for the loss! :D And we all need to have a fun time out now and again, and sounds like you did, so good for you! ;)

Thanks everyone. I think my body is trying to fight me a bit at the moment...I've been this sort of weight before (as an adult) but not much lower so is it weird to think that my body knows it? I think it's sort of resisiting me breaking the boundaries of previous losses haha.

I am getting really full very easily, lots more foods are making me feel nausious and I'm just so tired at the moment, perhaps I need a b12 shot? (haha, mispelled that quite amusingly then). p.s. I'm NOT pregnant before you ask hehe.

Off out tomorrow night, am sooooo excited. It's been a long week! X

I've been exhausted lately too, so my thought was b12 as well... got bloods done and everything is normal so doc said no. :( Just me being tired apparently.
 
Oh well I'll get some bloods taken and get it checked out. I am almost certainly not going to get my -3 this week, I'd be thrilled with a 2 to be fair. It must be time to start exercising as it seems the weight won't just drop off anymore?! Damnit, I was hoping I had longer than this to be lazy haha x
 
LOL... The end of the lazy days come too soon for all of us I think. :p But atleast you'll get to do some exercise you enjoy? Will make it a bit easier. :) And def get some bloods done, atleast then you'll know for sure.
 
LOL off to the gym pip :) am hoping for the losses to continue for a while yet no gym round here :( will just have to climb more hills lol
 
Hey all, just a quick one tonight. Lost 1lb, meh could be better but a loss is a loss. It does mean I've lost 60lbs which is pretty awesome. Absolutely determined to be in the 17's next week...need a 2lb or more loss. Fingers crossed! X

Well done Hun xx like you said a loss is a loss. I was gutted the other week when I only lost 0.6lb.. But I kept telling myself, it's still a loss and I knew I wouldn't lose loads every week.. Good luck with your 2lb! I am now in the 19s as of last Thursday :D xx
 
Oh and I'm also 60lb down (y) go us! Xx
