Morning all, I can see there have been some amazing losses over the last couple of weeks, well done everyone. I've not been around much for a fortnight or so, had 2 weekends away which has meant I've not been making very good food choices (any excuse!) and whilst I'm loving having all these bank holidays it seems to give my brain permission to have time off from maing the right food choices too. Anyway, as I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks I thought I should do so today, even though I knew it would be a gain. However, I also knew that once I posted it I could then draw a line under it and start making some better choices. So here goes.... I have gained one and a half pounds since my last weigh in. As that was 2 weeks ago I don't actually feel that's too bad and certainly pre-band it would have been a whole lot worse. I do know that I have been pushing the band a fair bit lately. Yesterday I brought up the carrots and hoummous I was eating coz I was eating too quickly and last night I ate so much that my shoulder really hurt and I had to take pain killers before bed.
Anyway, that's it confession over, I'm going to do a quick diary update and then move on. Have a lovely weekend everyone xx
