Thanks Magic. I was thinking I must post a full length pic of me now and before. There is a definate difference. Was going to do it earlier then realised my hair looks shocking. I need to dye it. I'm 34 but as grey as a granny! I bought the dye yesterday but am putting it off.
I need a haircut too, but am also putting that off as I find the hairdressers a nightmare. Sat in front of a huge mirror wearing a cape with your hair all clipped up in different directions....not good for confidence!
So, when I have sorted out my barnett I will update my pics.
Can only imagine what you look like mystery woman!!

i am mystery woman yes! haha.... bit paranoid as am keeping this surgery super secret!

hairdressers...eeek i hate looking at the big fat face staring back at me....i go once a year...and the time is defo coming up... might have to go soon...get a trim and a few highlights? not sure!!
 
I have lost 3lb this week, i am weigh in early as i am going on holiday tomorrow. x

Boo Hiss - I lost 1.5lbs this week! Gutted as I was sooooo good although I don't think I drink anywhere near enough so will up my water intake this week. Still, at least it is a loss.
 
Thanks Neen. If it was a 'normal' diet I would be happy with that but I guess I have unrealistic aims with the band. I just think that I have eaten hardly anything so it should be falling off!
 
Please kick my bottom for me, I've lost 1lb this week which should be fab but I but feel down. A couple of weeks ago I weighed in at 15st 10, but then put 3lbs back on. So even though I've lost some I'm still higher than I was, grrrrrr! The annoying thing is that if it was anyone else I would tell them that any loss is great and it was heading in the right direction, so why can't I take my own advice??
 
Chopster and Sarah:whoopass:. Any loss is a fab result. What Neen has said is good advice - this is not a conventional diet - it is about a healthier life style with good food choices. Ok nag over with:D. You are both doing brilliantly - keep going.

Hope you are all feeling great and ready for a wonderful weekend. It's good to see the consistent losses whether they are half a lb or 3lb - it's all good.

I have had another good week - however, I did have a fill this week, 4lb down.

I can totally understand that, i think it may take us new bandits a while to realise that this is a normal diet however unconventional, meanwhile it is good to have support from others who have been here longer!

My provider said today that at this point even though we aren't eating much our bodies are saving all the fat incase we stop eating all together, so once we finish with the mushy food and eat more solids the body should release some of the fat?

Hopefully this is true, but if not at least we weigh less not more as we did just a few weeks ago :p

Any sign of your fill date??
 
Hmmm, that's interesting. I hope thats the case. I am only on day 2 of mushies and am starting to feel hungry. I imagine as it's sloppy it's just going straight down so will feel less hungry when I start on 'proper' food. No sign of a date for a fill yet but I imagine it's 4 weeks away.
