The Banders Saturday Weigh In

Sarah , stop being hard on yourself...you broke the 16 barrier remember!!! So it's jumping about a bit...could be lower again next week xxx
My weight has been zigzagging for a year and a half between just under 15 and just under 17...I know you are peed off but try not to dwell on it...we're all going the right direction this year x

Hi all,

Good luck with the weigh ins this week and well dont to those who have been putting the efffort in.

Im trying to celerbrate non scale victories because Im a bit crazy about weighing myself. This week I have worn jeans without a dress. This is my usual way of hiding my legs and I looked ok I think and felt very normal. I went to the shop with my husband and thought "I wonder if he is proud to be with me walking down the street" A thought I would not of concidered 6 months ago as the answer for me would of been no.

Leesh x

chops and sarah well done ladies...im in the same boat...lost half a pound but to be fair its not worth changing the stats/ticker for so im gonna call it a STS. yes i wasnt an angel....but to be honest apart from one bad day the rest of the days i defo stayed around the 1200kcal or less mark... which surely should mean a loss...but hey ho....it will happen for us hey!

weeble u r doing so fab! well done u!

leesh i think non scale victories are the best. well done girl!!

Well done everyone. Rache your body is probably trying to work out what is going on - it will get going again. Leesh you have reminded me that I must find that suit I keep going on about:D.

apart from weebles we all are rocking the STS boat!

hi guys my 3 week post op and i have 1lb off. feel a bit deflated. but the proof is in the pudding as they say, i have my appetite back, not eating as much but have to stop the nibbling. have started walking so have to keep it up. good luck with the rest of you on your weigh-ins xx

Hmmm, that's interesting. I hope thats the case. I am only on day 2 of mushies and am starting to feel hungry. I imagine as it's sloppy it's just going straight down so will feel less hungry when I start on 'proper' food. No sign of a date for a fill yet but I imagine it's 4 weeks away.

once i started on mushies i got really hungry, so i am hoping that when i start on thicker food, i will be less hungry.

I got the 8 golden rules DVD from my provider yesterday, very interesting about being able to eat and drink togather! and have a glass or 2 of wine a day ummmmm!

Well done all on the weight loses, only 1 lb off slightly deflated didn't think it would slow down just yet boo ho. But better off than on :)

Thanks Hun but don't feel in a good place at mo suppose i got spoiled with the quick weight lose at the beginning (just over 6 weeks post op) & now just had my 1st fill x

Hi all - down half a pound this week which I'm pleased with because up until I had my fill on Thursday I was looking like gaining this week! So that's 36 pounds down since I started this journey back in January. Slow but steady progress but now I've had my first fill I'm hoping to see some slightly higher numbers on my weekly weight losses. Today I weigh 15 stones, 1 and a half pounds and am looking forward to getting into the fourteens very soon (please God!).
Well done to everyone who's already weighed in and for sticking with it.

:happy096: I have lost another 2lb this week. Iam over the moon, I can't believe how well this is all going. I have almost consistantly lost 2lb every week and it really adds up.
I feel elated at my weightloss, even my dad commented on my weightloss yesterday which is high praise indeed.
I couldn't get on here quick enough this morning to change my ticker and check out my bmi!
Iam very happy :bliss:!!
