The Banders Saturday Weigh In

Hi FB- I have a 14ml band with 4ml in it after 2 fills. I haven't really felt in control of the eating since my holiday even though I lost the holiday weight within a few days. I can virtually eat anything and in relatively large quantities and I've not lost anything over the past 2-3 weeks. I think this is because I've now started to relax about eating and I'm not so worried about things sticking. I'm also hungrier so I'm snacking more. A small fill will hopefully sort that out.

I've recovered from my large meal yesterday now! Won't be doing that again in a hurry! I couldn't eat at teatime so snacked on some tortilla chips at around 8pm and when I added things up in myfitnesspal, it actually only came to around 1000cals so I guess I do have some restriction!!
Hope your potato wedges were ok.
Its Monday today- another week of weightloss hopefully :)

I am now back on track again after my topple yesterday. Yeh, I am on around 1000 to 1200 calories a day (unless its the weekend and it can creep up towards 1600) and I'd love to be able to stick around that level so long as I am losing weight / inches. That's a manageable / realistic amount I think. Too low and the temptation to give in would be greater.

Mmmm wedges were lovely. 130g potato; small chicken breast and garden peas and I felt full for two to three hours.

Hi everyone. I have lost 2lbs this week, which I'm v.pleased about. Knocking on 14 and a half stone now....14st 8lbs.
I had a half mil fill last Friday which has made no difference at all, think I could do with another half mil.

karen- I'm really chuffed for you. Well done. Its a good feeling being on that losers settee isn't it! ( I like comfort- not a hard bench!!) :)
 
Yeah Mrs P, as we are loosing our extra padding, your losers settee sounds far more pleasurable to be on, than the losers bench!!

4 pounds lost for me this week. Work was so much pressure this week that I am sooo looking forward to vegging out over the weekend and doing nothing apart from walking my 3 dogs :doggy::doggy::doggy:

boo to me...1lb on.... it's time of the month but i was bad in the beginning...oh well...not gonna NOT report in!!

I've STS this week. I'm sure its hormonal again...in fact I'll check back and see if its a month since this happened (can't remember). Its funny being menopausal because I don't get periods(sorry guys) but I get everything else and more!! The hot flushes have been particularly bad this week and my skin has erupted which is a sign of hormones. Everyone at my work has said they've noticed a huge difference in me this week...must be that skirt I bought!! That makes up for the STS :)

Morning everyone! 2 pounds off for me this week and I've finally managed to get below the 200 pounds mark. My journey seems to be a lot slower than some but I'm just happy to be on the right road, even if it is the scenic route!
I normally only catch up on this site via my phone using the App so I can't normally see any stats, tickers etc but today I've logged on to the main site and I'm blown away by some of your losses!

Magic, well done for weighing in hun, I have had weeks where I've shied away from doing it coz I know I've been bad but it's important to keep logging it I think. I'm making a commitment to myself to do so every week from now on, good or bad, to hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow! Hope you have a good week this week xx
 
Morning all and well done to everyone losing this week and all those continuing to weigh in with sts's and gains magic miss pill is right 1lb is nothing:)

Well after the slight defill last week i have sts i expected it really i still have quite good restriction depending on what i eat but i have increased my calorie intake from about 800 cals per day to about 1000 cals per day this week mainly due to being able to manage to eat things i couldnt a few weeks ago also noticed i have snacked a couple of days during the week will try hard next week to cut the snacking out!!!:( again i am resting my tummy and will wait a few weeks before thinking of another slight fill :)
