That's the only thing I'm rubbish at working out how many calories is in it. Even with fitness pal. I bet it would have been nice with cream!! But alas 1% milk. Just to save my taste buds after one too many spoon of curry powder! X
Feeling so much better today been to Morrison with the kids and done a bit of hoovering Had same tomato soup lovely Got lamb stew for tea really really blended up without the lamb.
Well another good night I slept flat on my back .
Tried to eat a bit more regular yesterday it helped keep some of the wind away .
I think because your hungry too your tummy rumbles and causes more wind .
I also had a lovely shower yesterday and that made me feel great.
Every day it does get better but those first 3-4days are hell.
You really need to be prepared for that.
You mean the ticker etc?! Theres a link from the home page of this forum to set up a wls ticker, it then automatically updates on here once you change stats etc..... However all my bits underneath are by updating my signature which you get to by customising your profile. If you need help inbox me. It's great to do and to see your little person dance their way along the ticker bar to the end. Used to be highlight of my Saturday mornings updating it
