Have you tried to mix up your workout? Do a spinning class or yoga or HIIT. Plus you need to add weight training - muscle burns more calories than fat when sedentary - plus muscles keep you from looking flabby. My trainer says that dieting makes you look good clothed, lifting makes you look good naked When you run/lift make sure your heart rate stays in the 60-85% zone so you are burning fat... If you're running you might be higher and in the cardio zones. Hope this helps.
I would agree with this change it up a bit and seee what happens x x
