This is the lightest I remember being.
I lost four st about 5 yrs ago but I still didn't get below this.

Been really good this wk and done loads of running and exercise but stayed the same .
I seem to lose 5 lb in a few wks then nothing for weeks after I'm not losing iinches either so I'm stumped .
So today I'm having a eat wot I like day.
But I still seem to watch the calories .lol.

Thankfully I lost the 2lb I put on and I'm back down to 11.13 .
Visiting family and friends this wk hoping to get same positive praise lol they haven't seen me for over 18 months so should c a difference being 5 1/2 stone lighter .
Visited my brother and his wife yesterday she has lost 10lb in two wks on a juice diet she looks good but I don't think it would do u much good for a long time.

Had a great time seeing family they were really surprised and so impressed with how hard I had work and how good I looked made me feel really quiet emotional .
When I no how hard iv worked it was wonderful to get that kind of reaction.
