Red hope you're ok and that your bush is ok.
i have done jack as my back has totally gone, I felt it click last night and have been spread eagled on the sette, have quite a bit of swelling where the pain is and a rather large bruise - which is a bit of a concern as I have not knocked or banged it or anything so may have to visit the the docs tomoz, oh what joy and the bloody tablets are making me feel like I've been drinking nine stop for a week but not touching the pain. Spek to you all soon xXx
Red hope that your bush is ok.
sorry that came across a bit rude it wasn't intentional, honest:copon:
My dad is much better thanks Rach. Pretty much back to normal now... well as normal as possible for a 71 year old with lung disease.
Hows your weekend been sweetie? Any house news?
Living on a boat! Oooo... how luvverly! I've come over all 'Rosie and Jim'! But getting up at 0450hrs? Unearthly! At least you get some more zeds til 7.
Hello backatcha Rachel.
The sunshine has really made a difference to today. I've had more energy than I have had in months and really surprised myself. Mind ytou, I did a spectacular fall whilst gardening. My front garden is set high up from street level and I fell forward, tried to stop myself, maaged to divert my fall from the steps but landed in the middle of the viburnum I was pruning. It took me ten minutes to get up from it. Fook knows what the neighbours thought if they saw me.
It's got a me-sized hole in the middle of it now so you can imagine it was quite a large specimen! I have some luvverly bruises and cuts. Good job I'm a tough old boot, innit?
So, I think I'll set meself up in business as an alternative topiarist, sculpting shrubs by flinging myself into them in a comedic manner!
Alexa - thanks for the update on Vicky! Please pass on my best, I will text her tomorrow. What fantastic news for her.
Terri - congrats on your date and we will all keep our fingers crossed everything goes swimmingly over the next few weeks!!!
Rach - any house news?? How exciting for you! I loved house-hunting, although hated all the legal stuff!!
Everyone else, hi and glad to see you're all doing quite well by the sounds of it (Terri excepted, sorry to hear about your back as well... owww!).
Had a very busy weekend working all day Saturday to move our living and dining rooms over, lots of socialising last night with some friends who came over - realised at 1am that I was seeing double and couldn't keep my eyes open! Needless to say, we never got started with puppy-proofing our fence today!!!
Hi Rach,
I think I was on adrenalin until I lay in bed and then the pain kicked in. Thnakfully I am not immobile like poor Terri.
I am in work today and the sun is outside! Poo!
