oh wow!! lucky you off for some sun sea and sand!!! Will try and phone you before you leave if thats okay to just check if it really is going to be okay about you taking me into hospital for the op on the 9th!! I feel so bad as its so early in the morning and yet am so scared to go it alone..
 
Sun, mountains & fantastic spring fed swimming pools & breath taking views, peace, quiet & total relaxation, I can't wait. Phone away anytime, but it really is ok told hubby my plans & he agrees there's no problem. Also to pick you back up & check you're ok for the first week or so. With shopping until you're up to being independant again if you want I don't want to be to in your face but am here to help of you need me for as long as you want. As for being an early start I'm usually awake from around 3 or 4am although I try to play possum until the alarm goes off, if only to rest rather than be up & doing to early so it's not a problem.

Yay 3lbs off again this week so back to the 11st 5lbs ww said I was two days before my 1yr mot weigh in here's hoping I can keep the down going while away on holiday & reach the healthy bmi if not weight by the next time I weigh in on my return. Fingers crossed.

Thanks ladies, last day of term today finish at 2pm or at least the kids go then staff bash to wish fond farewell to leavers & retirees , good luck to those getting married. So may finally get home between 4 & 5pm. Busy day tomorrow getting things sorted for leaving the kids while we're away making sure there's enough food etc for them after that they're capable of topping the cupboard & fridge up & doing the necessary cooking for themselves after all they're 16, 19 & 22. Lol

Yay the apprentice gain of last weeks carpark weigh in has gone plus another half a pound so now 11st 4.5lbs another stone to healthy weight & bmi.

Not sure where physically the last stone is to come from but intend to give it a good try. Think I'll need to hit the exercise to tone & burn more than just restricted eating will get me but I'll give it a good go.
Mind you I've been this near for a while now seem to be maintaining more than losing but if this is it as far as weight loss it's a blooming good weight compared to my heaviest, but I'd just like to hit a healthy bmi & weight & get to gold at ww so I can stop paying every month.

Must admit, after seeing you, I can't see where the last stone is going to come from either. Physically you look the perfect size as you are now, but I see where you are coming from wanting to get to goal weight, and knowing you, if you put your mind to it you will achieve it somehow xxxx
 
Yoyo weight at the moment having lost last week regained a lb this but back to the cover leaders scales again this week so I'll refocus on the eating, ensure the constipation isn't a bother & see what next week brings. Not been as focussed food wise or as active this week so once I'm back to work things will improve there to. Must get back to even just some gentle toning if I can't focus on exercise properly otherwise I'll undo all the good work so far.

They say that last little bit of weight is the hardest to move don't they... But if anyone can shift it, then you can penny.. Never met anyone as determined or focused as you are..

Old habits sloth idle was & picking have led to the deserved result & a 2lb gain. Return to work tomorrow after summer break, gentle exercise walking to from & around work should start to help air walker ordered to continue the exercise & toning at home to get back on track & with luck shed this last stone or so to get to that elusive healthy bmi & weight. I'll set my goal for by Xmas that should be long enough & some but a sensible target time should make it possible rather than set a silly impossible time frame that's bound to fail. I'll try to do it quicker but as I say let's be sensible & I may not set off the self-sabotage that's been happening for the last few months do this is my own fault not quite abusing my pouch but not being good to it or myself either.

Been fighting the demons hard this week sometimes they've still won but given myself a strict talking to & slowly getting my focus back. Awaiting the delivery of my air walker anyway now, I think they tried today but we weren't home so need to call the delivery company tomorrow. But as I'm back & work after the summer break I'm walking round the school up & downstairs so averaging about 5 miles a day which has helped to stall the regains & with luck started the move down again. Aiming for shedding this last stone over 12wks but if it takes a little longer so be it, but I will get there.

An air walker!! that sounds interesting penny!! I've never heard of one of those! What are they? Well done you for the 5 miles a day walking though!! I walk around my village every day now, and use my pedometer to measure steps and distance, but still can't manage more than 2 miles at an aerobic pace, so have to walk twice a day. So 5 miles is fantastic penny... You will lose that last stone with your sort of committment definitely... xx
