I went swimming for the first time in forever.. I feel great.

Did 10 lengths in 20 mins then 10 mins in teh sauna and 10 mins in the steam room. Then walked around town with a friend, then went and did some grocery shoppping

well i never got round to looking online for self awareness or angels stuff to read , my youngest was off school with a stinking cold & wanted the lappy to do homework on .
on positive note , i have been taken off 1 of my BP meds & have got a gym referal from GP .
i am just waiting for them to call me back .
( & i was sneeky on the scales this am -1.2 lbs )

Thats brill somone was just saying last week bout not paying for the gym and we said you could get areferral fromyour doc, was it you? Pleased bout it for you though wether you enjoy or not. xx

i have 2 teens , 13 & 16 .
i did a mass cook & filled the freezer , chilli , curry , that sort of thing .
i wasn't in fact as tired as i had been led to believe i would be , but being able to just heat something through was a help .
have your house up together before too , i don't know what yours are like but all the promises of help from mine didn't come to fruition lol !
