day 79
B-2x toasted tea cakes coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- grilled fish 10 chips salad lime and soda coffee milk sugar
D-assorted cheese crackers 4x pre sliced cheese orange juice
snacks- cough sweets chocolate buttons
couldn't finish lunch(out with service user)not interest in it just want to drink the chocolate buttons are helping ha ha !
in bed writing this will have a small dram of whiskey .....for health reasons !

Day 80
b-3x slices of brown bread toasted with marmite and marge coffee milk 1x spoon of half sugar
L- small steak(size of palm)mash and peas 2x drinking chocolate glass of water
D-salmon en croute 6 small new potatoes fresh veg orange juice to drink
Snack -orange juice 1x plain crisps
still coughing but do feel a tad better
cant wait for the weekend

Day 81
B-3 x slices brown bread toasted with marmite and butter orange juice
L- pasta cup a soup 1x drinking chocolate
D-take away chicken curry plain rice 1x beer
Snack-1x chocolate muffin
feeling a little better was very hungry today more so s the evening went on
will have to up the fruit and veg less chocolate !

Day 82
Brunch- 3x egg omelette with 1x slice of ham 1x slice of cheese 1x chopped tomato coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D- left over chicken curry plain rice 1x beer
Snack-2x kiwi fruit 2x plums peanuts 8x starburst sweets
good day feeling better

Day 83
B-2X fruit loaf 2x pre sliced cheese coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L-none having early evening meal at Turkish restaurant
D- Turkish chicken shish kebab plain rice 1x cheesecake Turkish tea no milk 1x sugar lump water to drink
snack-2 peaches 1x chocolate flake
feeling better each day still coughing but now where as bad as it has been over the last few days
the restaurant was lovely simple food very tasty and if im honest I really didn't need the cheesecake
didn't get round to my weekly weight in will do so this coming Saturday now that im feeling better

Day 84

L- 1x hot dog mustard very small portion of chips 1x drinking chocolate no sugar
D-1 oven baked pork chop 1x hand size jacket potato 1/2 teaspoon of marge gravy water to drink
Snack- 1x snack a jack caramel favour 1x banana 1x peach 2x plums
getting better! Eating my pork chop something ive not had in ages not even in the 80+ days ive ben doing this log on it got me thinking
would I ever be able to enjoy a well cooked pork chop again ?
anyway must dash a new day is on its way!
 
Day 85
Brunch- 2x ham and sliced cheese chopped onion toasted brown bread sandwich coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D- 2x pieces of smoked cod with mash water to drink
Snack-1x snack a jack sweet chilli rice cake crisps 1x plain crisps 1x apple 1x slice of Victoria sponge cake water to drink
must be feeling better judging by the amount ive eaten today!
day off at home did some house work but kept on mindless eating ireally didn't need the following
Victoria sponge cake
both bag of crisps
1 of the toasted sandwiches
it was really a mindless day
will have to learn to say NO to ,myself more often !!
tomorrow is another day

Day 86

going back to work will deffo sort out the over eating!

Snack- 10x 1p size chilli rice cakes minis handful of chocolate buttons
going back to work as reduced my food intake but no fruit today or veg today so will do better tomorrow

have reduced the sugar intake a lot for some reason only known to me i didnt think of all the recent suagar treats as that SUGAR!
wft!
seems so stupid to think that but deep down i knew i choice to play dumb!
its only when you have it flagged up or when you read your log ins back you see how things soo quickly slide out of control
im truely hoping the band/bypass will help me with this
thank you weight loss dreamer for pointing this out for me
thats the nudge i need its great for me to have people reading my log ins and supporting me along this at times difficult road
it has got me thinking .....does anyone ever get the balance right

Snack- 1x chocolate flake 1x plain crisps water to drink 12 jelly babies
been in a bit of a panic my fridge freezer has decided to pack up got a big freezer and began panic about losing all the contents so I started a bit of an eating attack here is the missing food list
1x chocolate flake
1x beef burger
2x chocolate buttons
here its all out in the open ! it may not look a look but for me its was me going into a tail spin and I could have carried on eaten more and not declared it on here
I promised to be honest on here and I want to be so ive not hidden it not pretended it didn't happen ,or said it wasn't me when it was
there is not a lot I can do about the freezer will try to save some stuff and get some money together to buy another one and most of all not try to eat all the freezer out !
anyway tomorrow is another day put this one behind me
that's for reading my sorry tale!!
