Day 101
B2x bagels with cheese tea milk 1x half spoon sugar
L 1x snapper fish grilled water to drink
D 1x snapper fish 2x spoons of boiled rice water to drink
Snack-1x choc ice handful of gourmet jelly beans
loke my fish so much i had 2 portions !
i have to say doing this every night gives me such an insight on my eating its now such a habit doing this and it helping me loads and the advise i get means soo much thank you all (ps you both know who you are!X)
anyway its friday soon!
Day 102
b-2xbagels with cheese tea milk 1x half spoon sugar
L-grilled chicken water to drink
D- tesco curry and rice 2x beer
Snack-2x chocolate biscuits 1x cheese and onion crisps handfulof jelly beans 1x serving of asda ice cream with pssion fruit
long and looking back stressful day could have eaten so mch more when eating on the run i could soo end up eating quick ready foods all day but i only had the curry as i was too bushed to even make a sandwich!
anyway off to bed

Day 103
B2x toasted teacakes tea milk 1x half spoon sugar
L-1x sandwich 2x bite size quiches handful of crisps handful of grapes fruit juice to drink
D-small plate of oven chips and beans
Snacks- banana orange 2x beers and lime water to drink
working day hence the buffet style food wanted to do a pizza for dinner but forgot to take it out of freezer!
will do better in the morning

Day 104
brunch - 2x grilled bacon 1xgrilled sausage 2x spoons of tinned tomatoes 1x spoon of beans 1x spoon of scrambled eggs 1x bread and butter fruit juice
d- none *
snacks- 1x toasted tea cake tea milk 1x half spoon sugar 1x small portion of asda chesse cake fruit juice
had brunch at my sisters house around 2pm thats why no dinner good day but during my visit she talked about a neighbour of her`s who had had a bypass done around 7 months ago and had lose appox half her weight (she doesnt know im about to have one done myself)while she was mostly postive she next said she would love to have a band done lose the excess weight then have the band removed! i so wanted to tell her its not like that and its a tough thing to do instead i held my togue im sure she meet nothing wrong in saying it it just made me glad i havent told any one else in my family just yet
anyway off to bed now
oooh Los it must be nearly bedtime lol wow that's brave not to have told your sister, but it sounds like she could be supportive considering a band herself don't know how u managed not to talk about it lol ME i tell everyone LOL ................ mind you sometimes its not be a great plan lol sweet dreams hun x x x
Day 105

L-chicken salad water plain crisps
D- 2x salmon fillets oven baked 5 egg size boiled potatoes home made salad water and a 1x beer
snacks- watermelon chunks 3x opal fruits
nice looking food today lots of colour had a bit of head hunger and nearly had a dessert (left over lemon tart from visiting sister yesterday)but when i got to the fridge i realised i didnt need it.when i walked away i felt happy that i stopped myself i heard myself saying out lound "do i want it or need it"it works most times!
re my sister im very sure she would be suppotive re me having WLS the only thing that botherd me was her thinking it was a quick fix and then all in the world would be right again ,she as always yo yo from maybe a size 12 to around 14/16 and is always on some diet or other but i would kill to be her size she wants to be like her friends or people she sees in those magazines you see in the doctors!
when i tell her i will tell her of all the things i had to do before i got to (fingers x)the operation table the behind the screens bit she doesnt see
anyway its tuesday soon!.....nearly the weekend!
Day 106
B-honey flavoured porridge 2x bread and butter tea milk 1x half spoon sugar
L-carvey meal tap water to drink
D-small bowl of cabonara no cream sauce but with egg sauce water to drink
snack-1x magum lolly
working lunch but i have to be honest here i did have more than i needed i did regret it after .
in the past like a lot of people would have stuffed myself at these type of places trying to get my moneys worth and believe me i gave it a thought thinking
its pre op give yourself a break
those roasties look lovely
have both beef and the pork ...go on then and a slice of the turkey
but i didnt i DID have more than i needed i will admit to that so when i got it for my evening meal i had a very small bowl of my sisters home made meal and it was just enough
anyway off to bed

Day 107

even thou today was a good day i keep thinking why do i bother here is the reason why
some of my work mates are doing some remote courses for work which comes in sections

anyway a staff member who i have known for many years is doing the food and healthy eating section comes up to me in a crowded room with service users and staff present and says to me
hey i can help you to lose weight my been part of my project as you need to lose weight......WFT!
well i just went off on one i was angry upset and embrassed to be asked such a question and in such a way he asked me!!
now im the first to say im fat there is no getting away from it ,its for all to see i often complain how we need to support our service users with a better diet my phrase been "from a fat person who knows whats its like" so ive always been up front about things are (apart from my plans for WLS plan to tell them nearer the time)no one seems to have noticed IVE ALREADY LOST 3.5 IN WEIGHT ALREADY!!!!
anyway i proper monstered him out and walked off in a real hissy fit with my eyes stinging with tears he or anyone else was not going to see me cry
now after good shout (in my head at the things i wish i could go back and say to him and didnt )i went home in the pass i would have gone on a real meltdown and scoffed everything in site till i was soo full i would feel ill.instead i only had yesterdays evening meal and no more.
a day on from "fatgate" im still mad at the staff member and im not or i should say i cant talk to him its too painful and has left me feeling like i can feel every pound i weight and that he and others may have been watching me drag my lardy butt around my workplace i just wanted to hide
i will get over this and things will get better i guess im saying this mindul eating lark was truely tested yesterday
i dont think mine and his friendship will ever me the same again
oh well

sorry i would have smacked them one for being so rude there is just no need for that kind of behaviour but glad you didnt go home and eat everything in sight it just shows how much you have changed and how much stronger you are now
Day 108
B-greek yogurt with chopped up peaches and a drizzle of honey water to drink
L-small fish and chips water to drink
D-chicken and bacon with pasta 1x big glas of red wine
Snacks-raisins
ok day didnt really need the fish and chips next time will have a sandwich instead just had the matching meal of my service user ,really i was been mindless oh well i made the choice no one forced me to eat it all

Los hunni don't let him and his small minded comments allow you to slip away from all the fantastic work you have done. You are doing amazing and these armholes* LOL really have no clue how they can upset us with their words. Stick ya nose in the air and say FU you are bloody amazing and don't let anyone make you feel any less x x x x

B-frozen mixed berries in grek yogurt with a drizzle of honey

D-chicken and noodles water to drink
Snack - 1x twirl 1x glass of red wine
oops forgot i should be weighting myself in the morning! do doubt ive put on but lets wait and see !
