After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

Day 128
B- 1× porridge 2x bread and butter
L- 5 chicken nuggets mash 2x orange and carott juice
D- chicken breast roasted 5x new potatoes boiled coleslaw water to drink
Snack- 1/4 pack of giant buttons
tired and very hot going to bed x
 
That intake is looking pretty good Los wd hunni :) I bet its blooming hot up there Ugghh i remember the long hot summers up country not sure i could cope with the heat now mind, happy to live by the sea with a nice cool breeze :) Get some rest hun, dreams of a slimmer cooler Los next summer :) x x x
 
Day 129
B- 1× hot cross bun with 4 pieces of chesse coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- 2x grilled bacon 1x poached egg 2x toast buttered 1x lime and soda
D- 2× salom grilled with ginger and lime homemade salad
Snack- 1/4 packet of giant buttons
wonderful and hot day drank loads want to eat more but far to hot !

Day 130
B- 1x hot x bun
L- 1/2 portion of chip shop chips water to drink
D- taka dhall plain rice 2x lamb kebabs on skewers lime and fizzy water to drink
Snack- handful of nuts 1x plain crisps 2x cubes of dark chocolate water to drink
Too hot to really eat but the smell of proper chips got the better of me, but shared it with mty work mate or I would have snaffled the lot!
 
Day 131

L- 1x plain crisps water to drink
D- home made chilli and plain rice sprinkle of chesse 1x larger and lime
Snack- 2× plums 1x galaxy flake water to drink
my craving for chocolate today was EPIC but like a good girl that im trying to be I didnt eat my own boby weight in the stuff!
Weighted myself and I have put on, what was I expecting when reading back this week's log , the about if chocolate and drinks ive had!
Better buckle up my idea my girl
I know im pre op but its still important to me to at least try and show so control in my kife

Day 132
Brunch- grilled bacon sandwich tea milk 1x half spoon sugar
D- left over chilli and rice sprinkle of chesse 1x larger to drink
Snack- 4× opal fruits 1/2 gala melon handful of nuts coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
looks like I didnt eat much so thats good! Kept myself busy its when im home , bored or my head huger dragon pops up that I eat I keep finding myself of late going to the fridge or cupboard looking for something to eat .......then closing the door!
Overall a good day
 
Day 133

L- chicken cup a soup
D- chicken kiev sliced potatoes 1x lager
Snack 1x biscuit 1x chocolate elciar 2x squares of peruvian chocolate
got a real craving for that sweet oh so yummy chocolate!
My lower back is hurting something dreadful so my period is not far away
anyway off to sleep

B- 2× toast jam coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- grilled chicken burger 10 fries fizzy water with ice
D- 12 chicken dippers tomato sauce dip 1x larger to drink

L- chesse and ham omelette 2x orange and carrott juice
D- 3× chicken spicy bites water 1x larger
Snack- 1/4 bar dark chocolate water to drink
 
Day 136
B- chicken sandwich coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- sips of water 1x mint sweet
D- 1/2 chicken and sweetcorn sandwich 12 chips water to drink
Snacks- 1× mini chocolate buttons
still have a terribly bad back never had it like this thought it was pre period back ache but boy this is something else!
So this morning took so very strong painkillers tremadol that my gp got me hoping that I could at least take the edge of it , instead it made me just throw up and feel rough best part of the day
had to keep leaving my service users with other staff so I could up chuck
came home had to go to bed then had a late dinner but struggled to eat that
if this pain carrys on im on the blower to the doctors im even using my walking stick in my workplace
ho well tomorrow is another day
 
Day 137

L- chicken wrap with salad fizzy water to drink
D- beef and veg soup 1x chicken sandwich 1x lager to drink
Snack- 1 peach 1x mini bag of buttons
ive had a lot of chicken in the last 2 days! Went in a cake shop weighted up which cake(s) I wanted but no doughnuts so I walked out empty handed so not like me!
Still have a terrible bad back off to see doctors next week brought myself some heat packs and a new hot water bottle
night all busy day ahead making cupcakes for a family get togther on sunday!
 
Day 138
B- 1/2 ham sandwich glass of water
L- 2× bread rolls with margarine water to drink
D- pulled pork with wedges water to drink
Snacks - handful of nuts water to drink
still in pain with my back but got to much on planning a family tea and cake do on sunday so have been here there and everywhere today
went to tesco chemist who gave me some back gel and strong painkillers and so far the both are working! Its not totally gone but at least I can get up without grunting out in pain.
no weight in hurt too much but will try again in the morning
