After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

Day 151
B- rice krispies
L- 1x sandwich 3 chicken nuggets 1x lime and soda 1x blackcurrant and soda
D- 1/2 pizza 4x jerk chicken wings water to drink
Snack- 1 plum 2 peaches 1x mini bag of haribo sweets
very long week so glad its done (2 funerals in one week ,1 a service user 1 a parent of a service user)
have been really good I think at both the buffets ive attended ,today was just too hot to eat anything all I wanted to do was drink !
still very warm here so going to have one last drink before bed....working again tomorrow !

Day 152
B- 2× egg omlette with ham and onions and 1x tomato tea milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- 1x mince pie home made mash veg squash to drink
D- homemade plough mans meal water to drink
Snacks- 2× turkish delight
Cant think of anything to say !

following your advise ive taken the squash out of the cupboard and have placed them on the kitchen counter tip, lord knows why I put them in the cupboard as we all know out of sight is out of mind !
Ps ive just seen a star next to my photo.....what does that mean, can anyone tell me ?

Day 153
Brunch- 2× bacon and egg sandwich with tomatos coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D- 1/2 roast chicken 3 x spoons of rice avocado lime and water to drink
Snacks - 2× hula hoops 1x plums 2x peaches 1x chocolate ripple lime and soda
busy day turned into a domestic goddess washed ironed repaired clothing and cooked dinner by the time it was ready I threw away about 1/2 of it!

Day 154
Brunch- ham sandwich coffee milj 1x half spoon sugar 4x slices of chesse
D- the other 1/2 of roast chicken 20 chunky chips water to drink
Snacks- handful of raisins 1x sesame seeds snack 8 digestives biscuits 1x glass of ginger wine
day off to watch the tour de france passed down the end of my road....frilling if over in a flash!
Re the biscuits I have binned them rest as biscuits are my worst thing, my sister put them in my bread bin and I saw them once .....and that was it before I knew it I had 8 of them in 2 seatings
I dont hate myself for having them but know its easy to slid back into old habits its so easy to do so ive crushed them and binned them then threw out a jar of sweets too just dont need them too tempting I know my triggers
as for tonights meal I could only eat about 1/2 of it having that last bite of chicken I just didnt enjoy and I was "listening" to my body so instead if carrying on I stopped.....and then chucked salt all over the rest of the meal to stop me from going back to finish it later
is that strange? It works for me
im alwat going to go back to eating by 7 pm and no more after 8 pm I was doing this before but stopped when my sister was staying with me and got back into bad eating habits
I guess I will always be " re setting the clock" having good dats and not so good days
phew, that was a long 'un !

Day 155
B- ham toasted sandwich coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- 1x chicken burger no chips (!) Water to drink
D- pan fried steak 5x small potatoes roasted water to drink
Snacks- 1x peach 8 wine gums 2x small ginger wines
out with service users the strange look I got when asking for no chips with my meal!
Dinner was lovely even if I say so myself!
 
Day 156
B- 1× packet of porridge milk 1x spoon of half sugar 1x buttered slice of bread water to drink
L- 1× poached egg 1x toast 1x fruit & veg drink
D- 1 × peri peri chicken breast 5 small roast potatoes water to drink
Snacks- 2x hula hoops 2x fab lollies 6x haribo sweets 1x banana 2x apples
on refection didnt need 2 lollies or 2 hula hoops think .......I KNOW I was needing a drink more than to eat I think the boredom dragon along with its friend tired dragon came for a visit !!
Off to bed at least there I cant eat anymore!
 
Well done on noticing you didn't need all those sugary snacks! Embrace today with that awareness and you'll be unstoppable!
 
Day 157
B- 1× packet of porridge milk 1x spoon of half sugar slice of bread and butter water to drink
L- children's portion of mixed grill( 1× skinny sausage 1x mini burger 12 chips peas 1x egg ) in the hungry horse pub coffee milk 1x sugar
S- small bowl of pasta with bolegense sauce and a small handful of cheese small gin and tonic to drink
Snack- 1× apple 1x banana 1x gu lemon cheesecake
ok day no snacking between meals trying to increase my fruit and veg intake its so easy to slide back into bad habits isnt it?!

Day 158

L- 2× fruit bar 1x water to drink qx plain crisps
D- asda chicken curry and rice water to drink
Snacks- 2x hula hoops 1x banana 2x shots if whiskey and ginger wine
alright day fogot to be mindful and ate the hula hoops I beat myself up AFTER eating it this is one of the reason why I want WSL as I need a physical reminder when I slip up been mindless around food

If you like crisps try pombear 77 cals a packet I used to eat them pre op if I fancied a crisp
 
Day 159
B- tesco (reduced) chesse layered salad with 3x wafer thin turkey ham added water to drink
D- 1× baked gammon with mash whiskey and loads of ginger ale to drink
snacks- 2× plain crisps 2x peaches 1x caramac 1x ice lolly
ok day but so hot! Kept wanting to drink which is no bad thing
Re the crisps to be honest I had them only because I saw them in my cupboard and that was it I just had to have them!
I think I will take the remaining bags in to work because I cant eat what's not in the house I want to trust myself but sometimes its hard too better I get rid than to be tempted then regret it after
 
True I did give loads of stuff I had pre op to my neighbour for her little boy like pombears sugar free sweets tinned fruit etc
 
Day 160

looking back I think ive had a good day
re the shepard`s pie in the pass I would have got this meal for 2 and eaten it without thinking about it ....today I cooked it only had half and have put the rest away.....!!!
that's so not like me !I would have gone back and eaten the other half by now instead I will have it tomorrow with some veg (veg intake really shocking of late) trying to stick to the no eating after 8pm just fruit (sometime)mostly water
weighted myself and im down by 3lbs im happy with that but always want more

Day 161
B- portion of greek yogurt 1x peach 2x bananas 8 x strawberries all chopped mixed with a drizzle of honey water to drink
L- b b q food- 2× chicken salad 1x small Cumberland sausage water to drink
D- yesterday's 1/2 of shepards pie with baked beans water to drink
Snacks- 1× scoops of ice cream 1x orange lolly
very healthy start to the week! No one at work noticed that I
1- used a side plate
2- had drumsticks
3- had loads of salad!
Must make sure I drink more epically if this warm weather carries on and not to think im hungry but maybe thirsty
anyway off to bed going to southend on sea with my service users in the morning!
All togther now.....oh I do love to be by the seaside !!!!
