After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

Day 139
Brunch- 2× ham rolls coffee milk 1x half sooon sugar
D- 1/2 ham and mayo sandwich 12 chips water to drink
Snacks 2 chocolate straws
2x mini chocolate muffin handful nuts and hula hoops fruit juice to drink
had family around for tea and cakes brought LOADS of fancy cup cakes sweet stuff as well as nuts and crisps , now in the past I would have binged on all of them trying a piece of everything thus time round I only had the 2 mini muffins ! and if im honest I didnt even need them, only got them because I made myself a well needed coffee!
I feel good that I was without thinking about it able to back away and only have a handful of nuts and crisps threw away / gave away cupcakes savoury stuff rest of cakes I will take into work

Day 140
B- rice krispies milk water to drink
L- 1x bacon with fat removed 1x egg poached, 1x toasted 1x sausage coffee milk 1x sugar
D- pasta tubes with tuna and sprinkle of grated chesse water to drink
nice day back still hurts and breakfast was not enough to get me till lunch time hence the mini breakfast at lunch time!
I can hear my bed calling me !
 
Day 141
B- rice kripsies milk water to drink
L- 1× lamb kebab wrap fruit drink 2x apples
D- 1× peppered macrel 5x new potatoes rocket salad fruit juice
Snack- 1× lemon tartlet 1x small lager handful of hula hoops
been to doctors re my back , she feels ive just strained my back , well if ive done that hate to think what a real back pain is like!
anyway got pills to pick up in morning so ive off now

Day 142
B- rice krispies milk water to drink
L- 2× handmade fish fingers mash peas 1x ciffee 1x water 1x chocolate chip cookie
D- 2× peppered macrel 5x new potatoe s rocket water to drink
Snack- 2× mini bags of foam bananas and mini bag of foam teeth from marks and spencers
Payday and all thoughts of mind fulness goes out the window! No point at been mad only 6 foam bananas left, so eat them , enjoy them move on because tomorrow is another day!

Day 143
B-2x chesse rolls coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- 1/2 kebab meat salad water
D- small bowl of pasta with tomato sauce 1x beer to drink
Snack- 2× small slices of fruit cake
busy day; saw my sister off to Manchester hence the kebab meat by the time I got home I had the cake then dinner!
It was naughty but nice !
Its friday tomorrow which means the weekend is just around the corner!!!

Day 144
B- 1x toasted ham sandwich coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- 2x sausage roll water to drink
D-1x ham and egg roll 20 chips (only ate 10) 2x glasses of bucks fizz to drink
Snack- 1x chocolate muffin handful of haribo sweets 1x sugar free jelly
feel a little stuffed up!

Day 145
Brunch- 2x grilled sausages ,1x omelette baked beans coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D-roast chicken breast ,mash veg orange and mango juice to drink
Snack- 1 x chocolate muffin 1x plain crisps 1x can of diet coke
my first can of diet pepsi in nearly 18 months! the real reason for having it was only because it was in the fridge, that was part of a pack of 8 brought at Christmas time and I had given up pepsi the year before so was thrown at the back of my cupboard and only brought out last weekend for my family get together all but 1 can had been drunk so its been in my fridge all this time ......and I had to have it
in the pass I would drink it like it was going out of fashion loved the fizz and the feel of it on my tongue that first few seconds of the first sip ...
loved it
now this time it really didn't do anything I was surprised at that
im glad I had it but really glad it no longer as such a hold over me
so overall a good (learning curve) day
 
Day 146
Brunch- bacon sandwich with tomatoes coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
D-roast chicken breast 5 new potatoes roasted gravy orange and mango juice water to drink
Snack 1x m&s bread and butter pudding 1x spoon of plain ice cream 4 opal fruits

Day 147
b- 1x ham sandwich 4x lices of chesse coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- homw made small portion of spaghetti bolgense water to drink
D- shepards pie small portion of baked beans water to drink
Snack- 3× bags of hula hoops 1x caramac 1x digestive biscuit 1x glass of gin and tonic
ok day if busy have gone right off veg will really have to do better

L- buffet lunch sandwich / mini bread roll/ paroka/ mini cupcake / fruit 1x cola
D- fish and oven chips water to drink
Snack - 1× gin and tonic 2x hula hoops 2x toast and tea milk 1x half spoon sugar
tough day attended the funeral of a service user though I did ok till I started writing this and realised I didn't really want that tea and toast , not really but still had it anyway
on a training day in the morning so plan to prepare some food , take it with me to stop me over eating

very tired didn't eat all my dinner because im so flaming tired !
your right Adele looking back the snacks have come back and the fruit and veg have gone away!
will do better tomorrow or at least try to
 
You're doing so well, keep up the good work! Have you thought of swapping the fruit juice for no added sugar squash? Sugar is the devil in disguise! X
 
Day 150

L- grilled pork chop mash grilled tomatoes lime and soda
D- 2× salmon fillets grilled 6 new potatoes boiled water to drink
Snack- hula hoops 1 peach 1 plum 1x gin and tonic
long and tiring day public transport can be such a joke , ive once said when I win the lottery im going to hire a chauffeur to drive me around!
Hello stacey, I read your blogs and enjoy them !
I do have n.a.s squashes atvhome it was just I had the ( weak and watery ) juice at home so I had them first
I think I may make some up and leave them in the fridge so its ready when I need them
