After giving myself a proper telling off its back on track!

Day 162
B- greek yogurt with 2x chopped bananas 1x peach 10 straw berries and drizzle of honey water to drink
L- ham sandwich chips water to drink
D- childrens portion of chicken korma rice and tarka dhall water to drink
Snacks 2x larger 2x plain crisps
good day food wise I think found a place that does childrens portions of indian food ( I love indian food!!)and the portion was bang on and tasted great
night all
ps it was fab at the seaside x
 
day 163
B- chopped strawberries, peaches, bananas in greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey water to drink
L- steak sandwich small plate of chips lime and soda to drink
D-10x sushi water to drink
Snacks- handful of nuts water to drink
too hot to eat much sushi was lovely and simple not prawns one as im allergic to shellfish
night all
 
Day 164
B-fresh fruit water to drink
L- ham sandwich, grapes, 1x quavers, water to drink 1x scoop of ice cream
D- chicken breast with salad water to drink
Snacks- 3x ice lollies grapes
another scorcher of a day loving it but hate having to work in it !
far too hot to eat my evening dinner ending up binning more than 1/2 of it but keep eating lollies ,better than eating cake or other no no things
night all
 
Los i'm exactly the same :) ice pops by the dozen at the mo LOL its been warm here but nothing like what your experiencing right now........... weve got a storm right now x x x
 
Agree on lollies I cant make enough up might have to buy more moulds to make more but I limit 2 a day even though they nas squash
 
Day 165
B- fresh fruit water to drink
L- McDonald's chicken burger meal strawberry drink
D- chicken breast salad 2x stubby bottles of larger to drink
Snacks- peaches plums cherry tomatoes grapes 2x ice lollies
loving the weather but I dont look "glowing" I just look sweaty in this weather !
 
Day 166
Brunch- 2x grilled sausages 1x omelette beans water to drink
D- chicken curry rice 2x stubby bottles of beer
Snacks- 3× lollies 6x opal fruits water 2x bags of plain crisps
saved half the Curry to put in frezzer , ate late today mainly due to brunch saw me through plus the snacks
Its sometimes for me to keep on the straight track and belive me im really trying I want the WLS so bad and waiting is killing me and trying not to gain weight is so flaming tough!
I now realise more than ever that WLS is a tool NOT a magic trick where the weight just melts away you have to get your head around it everyday not just after it but before
I guess im saying hurry up already and get me on the losers bench!

Keep going:). This is getting you in the mindset you need to make any WLS a success. Best of luck and I hope you get some news on your surgery very soon.

Day 167
Brunch- 2× bacon and tomotoe rolls water to drink
D- remaining 1/2 of chicken curry water to drink
Snacks- 3× lollies 2x n.a.s jelly 1x coffee milk no sugar 3x pieces of chocolate 1x bread roll
started off well then spun out of control I knew what I was doing and couldn't stop myself , thinking too much about waiting fir the date for my op was going to come , reading all the other post oppers and just feeling sorry for myself
I have no one to blame but myself I will put this mope down to a bad day , put it behind me and start again
nothing worth having is ever easy to have
anyway thanks for reading my moan

tomorrow is another day !
forgot to add 4x plums as well
sorry for been a bit of a grump
I will contact homerton hospital to chase them up a bit already done this a few times now wont hurt to try again

On the whole it wasnt too out of control but the biggest thing is you recognised your mistakes thats a massive thing you have come such a long way from the start when you would have never admitted that well done keep it going your doing fab
 
Thanks Adele, your always here to give me a much needed boost,
your right in the past I would never have seen what happened as a mistake ,just what I normally do but clearly my thinking as changed and that has to be a good thing

Day 168
B- 2× ham sandwiches coffee milk 1x half spoon sugar
L- mince slice , chips water to drink
D- chicken korma and rice ( kids portion) water to drink
Snacks- +× Pepsi max 1x tybe of fruit mentos sweet 1x snickers bar 1x whiskey and ginger
on jury service food in canteen is pants ! Will need to bring a packed lunch in or my efforts will go to pot!
Weight loss dreamer - must also say a huge thank you for yoyr never ending support !
 
Day 169
B- Alpen mixed with Greek Yogurt water to drink
L- chicken and veg pasty 10 chips water to drink
D- 9 x tuna sushi rolls water to drink
Snacks- 1x chocolate muffin 1x apple and pear juice 1x ice lolly 1x whiskey and ginger ale 3x cherry drops
well I made a packed lunch of crackers, cheese sliced ham cherry toms cucumber all healthy and looking lovely put it on the kitchen top to pack in my bag for taking with me while I do jury service .....get there not in my bag!!
its was still where I left in this morning
only food left in the little canteen was prawn sandwiches and sweaty cheese (cant eat prawns -have chronic allergy )so was left with the pasty
it was nice but not as nice as my home made lunch
will do better in the morning

Your not going too overboard considering the circumstances it could be a lot worse
