Day 169 B- Alpen mixed with Greek Yogurt water to drink L- chicken and veg pasty 10 chips water to drink D- 9 x tuna sushi rolls water to drink Snacks- 1x chocolate muffin 1x apple and pear juice 1x ice lolly 1x whiskey and ginger ale 3x cherry drops well I made a packed lunch of crackers, cheese sliced ham cherry toms cucumber all healthy and looking lovely put it on the kitchen top to pack in my bag for taking with me while I do jury service .....get there not in my bag!! its was still where I left in this morning only food left in the little canteen was prawn sandwiches and sweaty cheese (cant eat prawns -have chronic allergy )so was left with the pasty it was nice but not as nice as my home made lunch will do better in the morning
