Ok had a bad couple of days. Eaten too much and not the right things coz feeling rubbish. This has caused me to feel even more rubbish. When will I learn to stop doing this to myself. I have to pull this back. I am not going through all of this with the balloon to then find that I fail. I will not let myself. How is everyone else doing xx
Hey, love. Don't get angry at yourself. Put down the fork, step away from the table, and start over. Maybe a few days of mostly liquids to jump start? You have the drive and the determination. Don't let a few days sidetrack you.
I'm doing well. Pooping like crazy Had a weekend filled with champagne and food. Overindulged non-stop. I just got back from a beating at the gym and starting today I'm cutting carbs and alcohol. I need to step back. February MUST be a month where I lose weight!
So, let's all take a collective breath, shun the sh*t, and get back on track! We can, and will, succeed!
