Eyes on the prize
So... Has anyone considered trying 5:2? My friend has lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks on it. She eats healthy 5 days a week and 500 calories 2 days a week. Wondering if that might give me a jump start. On another note, I tried on a bikini today and didn't throw up when I looked in the mirror!
I'd do something like that, you'd have to plan your 500 days well I would guess x
