Thanks everyone! I'm quite pleased with my progress. Has everyone had a good weekend? Eating clean? Exercising? I've just had an hour of training and today is a fasting day (kill me). Away next weekend and need to be in a bathing suit so going to be extra diligent until we leave.

Congrats on booking your balloon! Woo hoo! I have the 12 month balloon as well. Money well spent. I'm doing 5:2, so two days a week at 500 calories. It sucks but needed to switch something up as I was plateauing.
Right still yo yoing around 2.5 stone so changed my diet again. Salads strangely didn't help weight loss so now dinners are consisting of soup. Today I've had porridge for brekkie, carrot and coriander soup for dinner, fruit smoothie for snack and a cup a soup and toast for tea. Already peeing for England lol so hopefully working xxx Well done Neisie on sticking with the 5:2 I know I would struggle. Well done banana for booking your balloon you won't regret it Xxx
