Almost finished with my second fasting day this week - unfortunately, I had to do two days in a row as we have to entertain my husband's work colleagues (in from Aberdeen) on Tues and Weds and my friend is flying in from Norway on Thursday for a weekend of fun (Eric Clapton concert, brunch, dhow cruise, beach day). I've done three hour-long sessions at the gym in the last 24 hours, trying to kick it up a notch; if I want more results I've got to put in more effort. Feeling a bit negative because I desperately want to be losing quickly and the reality is a slow loss. At least I'm going in the right direction and I'm really happy with my biceps
