Banana - please, please don't rush exercise. Let the tea stay down and take that as a win. I was with my trainer 4x's a week before the balloon so it was natural to go back but still took time and I had to take it easy. You're 4 days out, you've got 361 days to go. Don't try and be a hero. This isn't a race. Let your body guide you and when you have the energy and the calories to support it, then add the exercise. You are doing great, no stress! Congrats on the loss!

Not sure about the anti sickness Mama I didn't but I have the 6 mth balloon

Weighed my self today lost 2lbs in 2 days of no carbs yippee so my weight loss is back up to 2 stone 9 lbs now hopefully going in the right direction x

So I visited my doctor today to see if I could have the balloon in and surgery on the bladder in a few months all at the one time and he said the balloon won't affect bladder surgery. My minds at ease. Also the hospital for balloon surgery want me to take anti sickness med's for two weeks prior to op is this normal? Booking my flights tomorrow eeek

Hey mama! That's great news! Nosc made me take anti sickness meds 4 days prior surgery if that's any help! X

Please can someone share some soup recipes if they make their own? I would like to try making some for next week. Also can someone tell me if 0 % fage yoghurt would be acceptable for the 'mushy food' week or is it too thick? X

Great news on the sleeping! You're probably in the clear now! Fage is great, good source of protein and it'll help with the acid. I usually do Progresso soups or the Cup of Soup lights. I make chili quite often with turkey and that's yummy.

Btw does anyone know if it's dangerous to sleep on the tummy I try sleeping on a side but wake up on faced down!

Don't like Lenitils but I make butternut squash, carrot and coriander or parsnip soup. Dead easy. 1lt of water 2 stock pots, onions, veg, salt pepper and herbs. Leave until soft blitz with hand blender then I add a few spoons of Philadelphia light soft cheese with chives. Enough for the week xx

Banana try cooking any veg in a veg stock till soft. I usually use carrots, parsnips, turnip, leek or any casserole type veg really. I also add tinned tomatoes or passata. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Then if u want add spices such as chilli, coriander, basil, turmeric anything u find tasty and blend. U can add milk or yoghurt to make it a creamy consistency but wait till soup has cooled a bit as it may curdle. Instead of the milk or yogurt you can try baked beans added during cooking and before blending. Sounds strange but I found I really like the taste. Once blended you can also add cooked lentils or broth mix to bulk it out once you are on to solids. Hope that helps, this is the veg soup I used to eat when I did slimming world kind of bung it all in a pan cook and blend lol.
To be honest I only did liquids till I stopped vomiting then onto solids. I was told by dietician to get onto solids as soon as I could as that would help keep me full and not hungry.
 
Thanks ladies. I'm going to try these out. Going to make lentil soup today though as I can't drive yet I tried this morning but the movement just made me feel sick. I did walk around the block too. Slow progress is better than none. It's day 5 and the burps have started and the awful wind. Does it last forever? And I don't feel okay until I've burped which is sooo weird ?!
 
We get a build up of gas behind the balloon and it becomes uncomfortable if we don't get rid if it. I can physically move my balloon now and get the wind up which is a very odd sensation lol. And the burps will come and go throughout your journey. I take tonic water if it gets bad as the fizz helps
 
I bought a soup maker banana and it came with loads of recipes to.

My dad just got an appointment to go in to hospital on the same day as me for an operation so my mum called to say she can't look after my kids, i have to change my op date now and book more time off work as I'd booked the Thursday n Friday off. Grrt
