Thanks ladies. I'm not going to go drinking soda etc just a wee bit on my bday which is on 24th ? I had a scrambled egg only finished half but it stayed down woohoo! X
Hi banana how are you? Sip water and I swear by peppermint tea!! It takes off all nausea
Hey ladies. Got a telling off from the dietician today as I'm not paying 'attention' to them. They told me to try toast as I mentioned earlier but I haven't as I'm finding it difficult to keep liquids down. So I said I haven't tried and she was pretty annoyed at me?! But isn't it my body - I should listen to it? She said the cramping will stop once I've had some food. I've been liquids for last 5 days such as Actimel, Yakult, ice lollies, water, soup. And to be quite honest I'm not even hungry. Oh and another thing apparently 0 fizzy drinks allowed for the whole 12 months? What the actual ....?! I was told before I would be allowed to have some fizzy drinks like coke zero when it's flat?! She said no tonic water, no sparkling nothing. Were you guys told the same? I'm interested to hear if you had fizzy drinks what has happened after it? Obviously I mean one glass in a while. As my bday is soon and I thought I'd have a glass of flat coke you know as a treat. ( sound so sad lol)
Please tell me what else I could try other than toast / dry biscuit. I might attempt an scrambled egg today. Just can't be doing with eggy burps!
Mine was the same ..they wanted me to eat normally the day after?! I knew myself there was not a chance in bell I could so I chose to follow my instincts on this but that's just me. As long as I was drinking and getting some sustenance with my cuppa soup etc I couldn't see what the problem was. I trusted my instincts better & let My tummy decide for me... But again that's just me lol. Scrambled egg funnily enough was my second choice & stayed down. Porridge was my first and that wasn't successful at all but you may be totally different. Good luck banana. I was told under no circumstances to drink fizzy pop drinks which fortunately for me was not aprob as I don't like them too much anyway. However I did love soda water but again was firmly told no... I wax only allowed it the day before my balloon was removed. I was told the gas would stretch my stomach space. This was my teams advice and other providers may have differing views. On this one I chose to stick with my team x
Coke does bloat you it's full of rubbish too and it made my balloon float sometimes I could actually hear it swishing lol I've just had my starvation tea n it was lovely haha
Lol yes I'm doing 5:2 so not eaten since 6.30 this morning haha it was nectar!!
