it seems like we're eating similarly so I'm sure you will do well done. Yeh I had Spatz. I am finding it frustrating not being able to eat the yummy food cuz when I'm restricted I want it even more ! I felt like weightloss stopped week 2 when I didn't lose I'm 116kg now I hope to break into the 17st by end of march hopefully. My typical is porridge for breakfast, low fat yoghurt and orange for snacks and then some chicken soup with veg or quorn with veg. And tea and water throughout the day xx
