Day 5 - still have intermittent stomach cramps but otherwise fine. Wearing a Zaggora top to sleep really helped with sleeping, I guess any compression top would work. I'm still chuckling at the fact that it took me half a day to eat some watery porridge - probably too early for soft solids. Have personal training tomorrow morning (6:30 :S) and really looking forward to the training (the time, not so much). Neisie - that itself makes it worth it, doesn't it?

I've been assigned carol she seems really nice. Had first call today. Just spoke about what I should be eating and how to avoid eating heavy meals etc Can I ask how long you guys are working out at the gym? Xx Hope everyone is feeling better xx
Hello... I work out with my trainer, 4 times a week, for 75 minutes. I run, do circuits, and box. Sometimes when I'm not being a lazy ass I'll go to the gym at night after work and run another 20 minutes or do a tether swim. I'd love to do spinning, too but with my crazy work schedule and Dubai traffic it's proven difficult. Starting next week I'm incorporating much more running into my schedule so I'll go from 5+ hours a week to about 8 hours.

Yeh it's lower back I have to go to hosp and get a dye injected and a scan. after then results I will get in to it and has anyone had a personal trainer was considering this ? Ahh did Julie know bout this forum ? I bet you will miss her :/ xx
