Anyone under Luton & Dunstable hopsital

I just had a go about the fact I had been on the 6 month programme for 16 months and listed everything that had gone on with all the set backs because of lack of organisation within the department. The problems I had with one certain dietician etc. just a general moan since then everything's going great funny enough!!<< famous last words xx

It's good to get it off you chest. I hate ringing them up she sounds like she is always pissed off when I ring and is quite sharp with her answers x

I had 2 appointments a day apart too one pre op the other dietician which was a pain! I had my pre op in the portacabin behind a&e, you get your injections and dietician instructions at the dietician appointment, and you have bloods after pre op, pre op give you a form to take to the blood department xx

What are the injections for? No one has mentioned them to me....

mrshengy, was the portacabin the arrivals lounge, apparently thats where i have to go to the pre assessment clinic, also where is the modular theatre? I have to report there on the day of my op

Luton has always been great for me couldn't fault them luckily, modular theatre is near portacabin never heard of arrival lounge have you looked on back of letter at the map? X

I'm there tomorrow I'll have a look to see if I can see arrival lounge & let you know... You inject it in your stomach every night for 2 weeks x

It shows surgical arrivals and pre assessment in the surgical block, maybe there is an arrivals lounge there.
