Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

Hello Jo and welcome to the daily food logging thread. Hello everyone else - looks like we are all having a good day.

Today's menu

bacon (all fat cut off), one egg, dutch crispbake, splodge of bbq sauce
soup
ryvita, caramelised onion relish (tsp) and lamb
sugar free jelly
milk drink

Oh and 1.5 litres of water and 60 gms of protein
 
Evening folk today iv eaten

Two weetabix
Cream of chicken soup
Choc mousse
Half fish bake and mushy peas
Milk lolly

Night night xx
 
Evening everyone! Hope today's been good.

My band seems to have gotten tighter as the days go on....
Not been able to take much at all today.

1 weetabix, almost
Skinny cappuccino
Tried some berry smoothie -no good, maybe cos bits?
Tried some slim fast but came back up after 15 uncomfortable minutes
Just trying another weetabix now.

I don't feel hungry but it can't be good eating so little can it?

Will leave it a day or so then may be see if I can have a wee bit aspirated.

my food for yesterday

brekkie - cuppa tea & quarter of slice of bacon without the fat and two little finger size bits of chicken

lunch - bit of cooley fish without batter and it was about size of palm of a small hand

dinner - went out to an indian and i had a prawn on puree eat half but didnt eat the bready thing that comes with it.

drank more tea. various juices and liquids throught the day xx
 
b/f - 1 x shredded wheat + 25g s/s milk

snack - 2 snack-a-jacks


lunch - (late did`nt get in from work until 2.40) small tin tuna + sweetcorn and mayo light, with chopped tomato, cue and lettuce.


dinner - (o/h is cooking me small fillet steak + mushrooms and tomatoes (and I may pinch 1 or 2 of his chips!) steak and mushrooms dry cooked in `George Forman` grill machine.


Teas x 2, coffee x 3, s/f juice 1 x ltr

Evening all. Another day in the zone

Breakfast - yogurt
Lunch - melba toast, ham, houmous, carrots, peppers and an apple
tea - haddock cumberland pie from M & S, peas and carrots
snack - dutch crispbake, milk drink

1.5 litres of water and 53gms of protein.
 
Hi everyone
hope you are all doing well
Today I have had:
Milky cappuccino for breakfast
cherry tomatoes packet of light crisps and small amount of grated cheese for lunch
2 x snack a jacks
lamb cauliflower and peas for tea

lots of tea and water too

weighed in at 11.11 so have put 6lbs back on

feels good being back on track
have a good evening all

Hi all.

Today's intake

Actimel
3 cups of coffee through the day
water
chicken soup - very late lunch
chicken soup - very late dinner
Missed having my protein shake today as I was out sorting something that was urgent

Did lots of walking today including up two very steep roads - I felt good about the amount I did today and how much easier it feels.

Yesterdays Menu ( soz its late was @ birthday Party last night)

Brekkie
Cup of tea and an hour later went too cafe and had
1 & half fish fingers with very few beans

Lunch
Cuppa tea
half a pint of water
6 teaspoons of sandwich filler ( tuna,mayo and sweetcorn)

Dinner
Pie and Mash ( half the inside of the pie, mash and liquer)

Had water, Ribena and more tea throughout the day :)
 
Brekkie
Rice pudding (Yogurt size pot)

Lunch
6 teaspoons of sandwich filler ( tuna,mayo and sweetcorn)

Dinner
Half of a minced beef burger ( home made and grilled)
2 Spoonfuls of baked beans

1 cuppa tea ,1 cuppa coffee, 1 cup of oxo
Water throughout the day :)
 
Sunday food:

b/f - 1 x egg scrambled, tsp tomato sauce.

snack - small apple.

Dinner - small wedge of lasagne with salad (d/i/law cooked for us today)

supper - yogurt with a small banana chopped in.


drinks - tea, coffee, s/f juice and half a glass of wine.

Breakfast - small slice of wholemeal bread toasted with tsp jam, yogurt
Lunch - M & S Cumberland Pie - mini
Dinner - Fajitas - made with 100 gms chicken, peppers, onions, 0% yog, 10 gms cheese and a wholemeal fajita.
Snack - milk drink

1.0 litre water (not so good) and 59 gms of protein
