Afternoon everyone! Lovely day again.
I've not logged food for a day or so just because I'm still struggling with tightness in band and can't get much if anything in!
However, guess what does go down ok??

Yep, skips and smooth chocolate.

Typical!

Even slim fasts don't stay down long but hot drinks and thin cold drinks are ok.

Go get some out sweetheart, I had almost a month of being sick after almost everything and living off a small bowl of ice cream in the end...so damn foolish!!!

I had a half mil out and suddenly I could eat proper food again...everything! meat , veg etc.
You need to be able to have decent nutrition, don't be a twit like I was and try and struggle on for ages.
Plus you don't want to be being sick too much either as that can cause slippage xxx

Please try and get something arranged for a little defill if you can :(

Hi ya,

I can understand how you ended up on just a bowl of ice cream, Neen!
I keep thinking it's loosening off but it's not really.
Fill lady will next be here on sat so she's going to take some out then, blueD.
Hopefully it will be just about right after that! X

I'm glad to hear that xx You know I kept thinking...oh it should be OK...it will loosen on it's own etc...

Honestly I wish I hadn't been so daft and that I had got some taken out much much sooner as it was flipping miserable x

We're here daily to make sure you stay on track when you can eat better again so it's brilliant to know that you have not got long to put up with the discomfort.
I remember drinking a lot of bovril to try and get something nutritious down.. so gone off that now!!!

It's my exercise and food as I do it in order.. thats a weight with a handle (mine's 8kg) that you swing for a total body exercise . It puffs me out and I now ache!!!

Wow Neen - Just watching that excercise makes my back cringe in pain! Good for you though being so determined.

Guess when I saw the word `kettle` it reminded me of `kettle chips` and thought maybe it was food!

I get really exhausted some days to bother much with excercise. I`m on my feet from 6-2 each day, by the time I get home and take the dog out for half an hour or so, I have barely any energy to do extra excercise....perhaps it will get better when I manage to shed more weight. I think the people on here (like Mixxy) who do the excercise regularly are really focused and seem to have come from one extreme to another. Take my hats off to you all x

I quite fancy a go on those - I saw them being used on the biggest loser and thought they looked fun - not sure if that's the right word but they looked a bit more interesting than the usual dumbbells anyway!

Today I've managed to get back on track and had around 1200 cals -
Omelette for brekkie
Salad with cottage cheese and smoked salmon for lunch, followed by a babybel light
Tea was thai red chicken curry with rice - made from a Loyd Grossman jar but I measured out a quantity, only had a small amount and it was really yummy.
Greek yoghurt
Weight watchers crispy caramel bar
Milk in coffees

Went to the gym yesterday so didn't go today but had to help box up loads of files today at the office so was active for 2 solid hours. Got all hot and sweaty (tmi?) and I can definitely feel it in my back. Got in and had a lovely soak in the bath.

Hopefully this is the start of things to come this week and beyond!:D

Night all x
