Well don't feel bad Kat, it's good to try stuff out, we're meant to be eating less but not necessarily always saintly food! It's just nice to be able to have something you like in a sensible portion.

Hi Toffee,
I would say yes, although being a compulsive/emotional eater for so long. It is only sweet if I make the effort to choose wisely with it.
I

Sigh. If only there was a band for compulsions and emotions as well as the physical side of things!

Evening all. My intake for today:

Actimel
3 cups of coffee
Water - a pathetic amount as I was in the office today
Chicken soup

I will have some oxtail soup when my coffee goes down. Restriction is tight today. It will be interesting to see what my restriction is like once I get onto the next stage - I may regret asking for the 2 ml at my last fill:rolleyes:. If I struggle I am getting a defill immediately having read the misery of and the potential damage of a too tight band.

Hi tb,

When was your last fill? Mine was a week ago today and although only 1ml put in a 10ml band to make 5.5 total its way too tight.

Thanks Neen that is why I am going to see what it is like on the next stage - I cannot afford to get run down given the long hours I am doing for work.

Toffee I had my fill on 18 March. It was my second. I have a 14 cc band and now have 4 ml in it. If I am ok on the mushies and then the solids I will see how I feel about another fill when I have my next appointment which should be sometime in May as long as Walsall remember to send me an appointment:rolleyes:.

Evening all. Another good day today, I have left my bit of paper downstairs with my calories written on it but I had around 1000.

Oatso Cinnamon with skimmed milk (thanks Neen for that by the way - I saw it on your postings and thought mmm sounds good - and it was!)

Salmon lunch pack thing by John West (not again though as not v nice)

Babybel

W/W Crunchy caramel bar

Chicken and bacon pancake - v v nice from Waitrose and only 199 cals, served with veg

Milk in coffees

Got up early and went for a 15 minute walk at 6.30am - hardcore! Quite enjoyable though even if it seems a bit weird to be out walking that early without a dog! Might have to borrow a dog in future!

I'm having an early night tonight as really tired but wish my fellow losers (hopefully) well and hope you're all having a good week xx

Hiya Melly!!! Well done hun ! A really good day:D

I love my cinnamon oatso..I shake extra cinnamon on and if I am really in a cookie monster mood , a tiny sprinkle of splenda granulated as well. It does the trick !

The salmon light lunch I haven't tried, I always have the mediterranean tuna one (I'm very boring) I also don't mind the french style tuna one...and there was a lime and black pepper tuna one which was lovely but Tescos don't have it any more ...booo

Sleep good and see ya tomorrow x
