planned menu today....
BF=30g special k + 50mls s/s milk=134 cals.

2 cups tea s/milk=20cals
2 Litres of water:D

Lunch=chicken breast slices in chilli and lime marinade=244cals

20 min walk during lunch break

highlights=40cals
1L water

Now all that is pretty good i reckon BUT (big but) off bowling tonight with colleagues and to frankie and benny's :) i think i will have a sticky chicken salad??? and i will have a couple of drinks :D so will probably blow it today!!
 
So have this as your treat day Yummy!! Why not weigh today before you go so you can see how you did before you indulge?

As I mentioned before, if you eat richer foods (eg fatty/salty/sugary) just prior to a weigh in it can sometimes cause a little fluid flux...I saw in a really early series of Biggest Loser USA someone actually ate / drank something salty to throw a weigh in deliberately to not get voted off for being too big a threat and weighed in some thing ridiculous like 10lbs on .......

anyway... you enjoy and savour what you have and enjoy your time out.

Life is for living and the band lets us enjoy all our old faves in moderation and still lose weight, as long as we don't let a tiny blip stop us from doing the sensible thing most of the time.

We're not going to be able to function in normal life properly if we can't go enjoy ourselves. You can choose the lighter options and have any sauce or dressing served on the side (you're paying darling so don't be afraid to ask)

Just get back on tomorrow.
 
I hadn't logged my food so far as I was a bit nervous that I'll be told off for eating the wrong food! I don't think Iam, so here goes.....
breakfast...bowl of mini shredded wheat fruitful.
Lunch.....2 crispbreads with laughing cow light and turkey
low fat yogurt.
Tea....jacket spud, tuna and salad.
Drinks...orange juice and lots of tea.
Activity....walked the dog 3 times and thought about doing an exercise dvd (but didnt).
 
Breakfast - 2 x eggs scrambled, tsp tomato sauce

snack - apple

lunch - 1 x ryvita, salmon slice, a scrape of philly light, cue

snack - activia cherry yogurt

tea - 2oz cod with parsley sauce, spoon frozen peas, 2 x tomato`s

snack - 2 x babybel light and 2 satsumas


drinks - 2 coffees, 2 x teas and about 1 - 1+half (why can`t I get fractions on my lappy?)litres s/f juice

spent this afternoon cleaning all the windows inside, tomorrow the outside (left me cream-crackered) and I walked Oscar round local lake for nearly an hour.

Checking in on a Friday night. When I lose this weight I am going to get me a social life.

Breakfast - slept late so started with lunch
Lunch - bacon (no fat), eggs, dutch crispbake, tsp bbq sauce
Snack - yogurt
Tea - turkey, peppers, onion, fajita spice, wholemeal tortilla, small amount cheese, yogurt
Snack - baked cheese and onion crisps
Supper - sugar free jelly, chocolate mousse

Water - 1.0l
Protein - 77g (go me!)
Calories - 836

Oh and another hour walking the dogs.

Today was my last day on liquids. If I have another fill and have to do this stage again I am going to make my own soups because this has been unbearable. At least if I make my own I know what is going in it and I hope it will be more nutritious than the tinned stuff.

Mushies stage is not my favourite either but at least I will see how tight this band is because I am getting really worried it is too tight.
