Checking in on a Friday night. When I lose this weight I am going to get me a social life.
Breakfast - slept late so started with lunch
Lunch - bacon (no fat), eggs, dutch crispbake, tsp bbq sauce
Snack - yogurt
Tea - turkey, peppers, onion, fajita spice, wholemeal tortilla, small amount cheese, yogurt
Snack - baked cheese and onion crisps
Supper - sugar free jelly, chocolate mousse
Water - 1.0l
Protein - 77g (go me!)
Calories - 836
Oh and another hour walking the dogs.
