Mixxy - well done. I am going to get some of those Findus meals, they sound really yummy.....


Breakfast - Kelloggs fruit & fibre 30g + 50g s/s milk

snack - 2 x satsumas

lunch - 2 x water biscuits + 1 x ryvita, salmon slice, philly light and cue. pot of s/f jelly.

snack - apple, special K cereal bar

Tea - 4 x meatballs, savoury rice x 1 scoop, stir-fry mixed veg cooked with spray oil.

Saturday night treat - small bag of maltezers

Lunch - Ham, melba toast, peppers, carrots, apple
Tea - Chicken and veg in pasta
Supper - Milk drink, cheese and onion baked crisps

Water - 1.5 litres
Protein -72.6 (Go me!)

And another 1 hour walk with the dogs.

My intake today - first day on puree:

Actimel
1 coffee
1 weetabix with skimmed milk sprinkled with splenda
seafood chowder soup - not as nice as it sounds - waitrose
corned beef, carrot and swede pureed - all mushed in gravy
1 ribena light
water - not much

I was dreading today given the restriction. I have felt very full all day - hence struggling with water

Exercise , cleaning the bathroom - walking around waitrose then carrying 4 bags of shopping up two flights of stairs:rolleyes:.

Evening all!

Well, I had my defill today of 0.25ml thank goodness!

Immediately felt more comfy and could eat a mini yoghurt no prob. I didn't eat anything else as we were going to friends for dinner and I wanted to see if I could eat there.

He'd made me a tiny prawn curry with rice which was delicious. I think I managed a large tbsp of rice and a couple of tbsps of curry which went down fine but I still knew when I was full.
I couldn't manage the choc cake for dessert, (which isn't a bad thing!) but did have a few glasses of wine.

Am hoping this will be my current sweet spot (5.25ml in 10ml band) and that I can attack the weeks ahead to become 1 big loser!

Today;

Breakfast - about 15g shreddies w/skimmed milk

Lunch: 1 tiny roastie, 1 parsnip piece, 7 crackers (150kcal), couple sprouts, 1 small spoon apple crumble

Snack: 2 squares aero choc

Tea; tin ww salmon in lemon mayo (130kcal), 2 tbsp mashed potato

May have a yoghurt later if Peckish.

Plus teas, coffees, squash

Exercise: 1.6mile flat brisk walk

Sunday -

Breakfast - yogurt, banana

Dinner - 1 x thin slice of roast beef (very finely chopped up) 2 x small halfs of roast potato. 1 x small parsnip, chopped carrots and peas, french beans, 2 x small sprouts, gravy. (looked forward to it all week and it was yummy!)

Tea - 2 x caramel snack-a-jacks, sugar-free jelly, apple


Drinks - 2 teas, 1 coffee, 1 horlicks, endless drinks of s/f juice all day.

50min walk around the lake excercise for Oscar and me!

My restriction has lessened since I went onto mushies so I have stopped worrying the band was too tight.

Coffee, I may have a handful of nuts to keep me going
