Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

Rosemary Conley tonight. Weighed 284Ibs on her scales last week (281 on mine!) and I've not had a good week tbh. I weighed in in the morning last week and today I'm weighing in the evening having had a big lunch - salmon ravioli with boiled sweetcorn and a few rich tea biscuits. Breakfast was porridge with dried fruit, no nuts.

I'm struggling mentally at the moment. I just wish I could shift a stone over night that's give me the impetus and the boost.

Anyway ... more exercise will ensue and I'm hoping to do a spot of Pilates before I get to class.

The Pilates teacher didn't turn up. We had a really dishy yoga teacher instead. I hate yoga normally, but stayed as I was there already :D. Was such a good class, but unfortunately he doesn't teach at my gym so didn't get his number :(

Then went to RC and did exercise class there. Lost 2Ibs - how? I do not know. May be it was the over-restricted band!

Gotta work to get into the 19's again!!!!!

I very nearly didn't post it because I don't want to jinx myself - which I always end up doing. I haven't been watching my food intake or anything so it really is a bonus.

Anyhow .... 20St 1Ib .... so I've 6Ibs to lose to get back to my lowest RC weight so far; 275Ibs (271Ibs on my scales). How does one lose 6Ibs in a week? I'd be happy with 3Ibs even :eek:
 
Food 4 the day

Apple Muller Rice
3rd of tin Heinz big soup(steak and potato)
6 Crab sticks
5 Teaspoons of cheese and chive sandwich filler

Fluids for the day

2 Cups of Tea
2 Cups of Coffee
1 Pint of Nas Juice

Not felt hungry @ all, and I felt more then satisfied with everything I have eaten. Its kinda like a production line for me lol. Wake up have tea , hour later have brekkie and thats how it is through the day, drink/eat/drink/eat etc......has worked well for me. Trust me if I was hungrier I would eat more:D:D I tend too stick too foods that keep me fuller for longer, I had a chicken drumstick for dinner last nite @ about 6pm ( just the 1) and I was still full when I woke up this morning LoL. This band is defo working for me I love it . With the old dieting malarky I would be shaking where trying to cut down and would feel ill after a few days or so , hence I wouldnt be able too stick at it for too long.....:(

No wonder you've done so well!! I eat WAY MORE than that!

Whats your average daily food intake hun and wot size band a capacity is it filled too - thank you for your input xxx
 
A weird food day for me:

Coffee, cereal

Then decided to bake with my lady, what a mistake!
coffee, cheese scone (scone got stuck as band is too tight today)

water, baked potato with tuna

Coffee, scone

2 mouthfuls of beef, vomited twice,

slimfast, hot chocolate xx
 
Oh dear Sarah - could you have a bug? I think I must have picked up something which made my tummy so bad today. Hope you feel better soon.

Just finishing liquid stage whoop whoop -
Breakfast = yogurt
Dinner = cupa soap, beef & tomato
Tea = broccoli & stilton soup liquidated
1000 ml of water
Walk down the park

Really struggling with what to have on the next stage don't want to just eat mashed pots, provider not really gave me many suggestions & I'm on this for 3/4 weeks gulp :( xx
 
Evening all.

B - Fruit tube
L - Jacket potato with butter no skin
D - Mince with bolagnase sauce
W - 500ml
E - 20 Minute walk

Mince took 1 hour to get down and it was only about 5 tablespoons overall.
 
Food for today

1 tin of mackeral in tomato Sauce ( ate in 2 parts)
about 20 peanuts
75% of a lamb chop, 2 slices of carrot
and 2 mouthfuls of mushy peas

Fluids for the day

1 pint of water
1 cuppa tea
1 cuppa coffee
2 cup's of hot choc
1 Ribena carton

D - small jacket pot, no skin, with marg, 200?

Evening all

I ate more than I usually do today - reaction to my tummy problems yesterday? Definitely felt peckish at times:

Actimel
2 cups of coffee
water - not enough but tried to drink more - better than yesterday
2 egg omelette and 1 babybel light
fish sticks and prawns with salad - same as yesterday
home made fish and prawns pie, a few peas and spinach, splash of sweet chilli sauce
muller light rice - I swore I would never touch these again but it filled a gap tonight and was very nice

I love fish and seafood - could easily ditch red meat for them but it is so damn expensive. I make the pie so it lasts two meals so will have it again tomorrow night which is just as well as I have to go into the office tomorrow and then have a meeting straight after work so another long day.

Exercise - walking to the dentist and back - not much.

L - quorn cottage pie, 205 (hard to eat. Must chew more and not inhale dinner in!)

Very inhaleable!
Friends birthday cake - tiniest little thing you ever did see, cut it into 6 and it was still 172cals/slice!
Pah!

Could eat loads today even though quite stressed!

Just had a mullerlight with strawberries added.
Stop eating now!!

I forgot to log food for yesterday so here goes!

Weds 20/04/11

Breakfast - 30g Fruit & Fibre, small banana

Lunch - slice toast, half tin baked beans, finely grated cheese.

Tea - picnic with family - 1 x tiny sausage roll, mixed salad, slice ham, slice chicken, yogurt and raspberries in jelly.


Drinks - 3 x teas, 2 x coffees, s/f juice, water

1 Ramakin 1/4 filled with Bulgar Wheat , one cube of chicken & Curry Sauce ( nom nom)

2 Cups of tea
1 Vimto
1 Fruit Shoot (Blackcurrant & Apple)
1 Pint of Robinsons Nas (Blackcurrant & Apple)
