Rosemary Conley tonight. Weighed 284Ibs on her scales last week (281 on mine!) and I've not had a good week tbh. I weighed in in the morning last week and today I'm weighing in the evening having had a big lunch - salmon ravioli with boiled sweetcorn and a few rich tea biscuits. Breakfast was porridge with dried fruit, no nuts.
I'm struggling mentally at the moment. I just wish I could shift a stone over night that's give me the impetus and the boost.
Anyway ... more exercise will ensue and I'm hoping to do a spot of Pilates before I get to class.
The Pilates teacher didn't turn up. We had a really dishy yoga teacher instead. I hate yoga normally, but stayed as I was there already . Was such a good class, but unfortunately he doesn't teach at my gym so didn't get his number
Then went to RC and did exercise class there. Lost 2Ibs - how? I do not know. May be it was the over-restricted band!
Gotta work to get into the 19's again!!!!!
