Toays food. Sat 30.4.11



Breakfast - yogurt, satsuma, apple, banana



Lunch - 2 x ryvitas with low fat spread and marmite


Tea - 2 x slices turkey and mixed veg stir-fry

snack/treat small packet maltesars


Drinks - 2 x teas, 2 x coffees, water/lime squash 1 and half litre.

2 slices of turkey with sweet crunchy salad +100g 50% less fat coleslaw = 301 cals:)

Dinner
same as lunch (think i'm addicted to coleslaw lol):eek: = 301cals

1/4 of chunky choc chip muffin = 110cals :)0)
malteaser bunny = 158cals
mr kipling apple pie = 229cals:d'oh:

Totals = 1282cals

exercise= 30 mins swimming with kids.:)
 
150kcal, well if it gets u drink so much od say go for it...ur calories are so low anyways

Breakfast - small brown pitta bread with 2 x rashers, rindless bacon and mushrooms and a squizz of brown sauce

Lunch - very small fat free slice of roast lamb finely sliced, 1 x roast potato, carrots and peas, broccolli and french beans, with mint and onion gravy. *fitted on a small teaplate.

tea - yogurt, small banana, clementine,

snack - s/f jelly and v. small bunch of grapes

Drinks - 2 x teas, 1 x coffee, lemon&lime s/f cordial with ice.

Today:

Tried to cut back today as ate a small country from my baby's birthday buffet yesterday...
Mmmm...I love buffets...all goes down so well!!

B - none
L - was out at lunchtime so tried to have a 5 bean chilli and rice but band didn't like it at all so nay had maybe 5 forkfuls
1/2 a childrens portion of jelly and ice cream

S - small skinny macchiato from big bucks

D - spinach and ricotta cannelloni ready meal, 250cal

Ex- shopping all day then small dog walk

Breakfast - Fruit and fibre 30g and 50g s/s milk

snack - banana

lunch - slice of salmon, lettuce, tomato, cue, spring onion, spray of vinegar, mayo light, small brown pitta bread.

tea - small jacket potato with chilli con carne, small cube of cheese grated.

snack - yogurt, 2 x clementines

Drinks 2 x teas, 1 x coffee and s/f juice


Spent over an hour at the gym, as well as took Oscar out for 45mins today.

Cheddar babybel late morning (had a little lie in!)

Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chunky coleslaw, spring onion, tuna and mayo , little squirt of lemon&blackpepper salad cream

Strawberries and a little cream

Small bit of salad again (as above but tiny bowl)

sugarfree butterscotch angel delight made with half milk/half cream (yummy treat !)


Drinks : caffeine free black coffee no sugar, diet caffeine free coke, water

D - 2 Sausages * 1 Sainsburys Pork & Apple,1 Chilli & Coriander

B - oats so simple
L - Home made corned beef hash
D - Corned beef hash with few slices of chicken breast
S - 3 Krisprolls with chili flavoured philly cheese
W - 500ml and 4 cups of tea and a small latte
E - SSShhhh (Zero)

So far today:

Choc peanut protein shake (heaven!! - 1 rounded scoop bsn choc fudge dessert protein powder, half cup whole milk, 1/2 cup water, tablespoon NAS crunchy organic peanut butter ,tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 tsp benefibre powder and added ice til it was thick and creamy)

Mowed lawns and garden work (lovely day down here)

Ham spread with sundried tomato/basil philadelphia and rolled in large iceberg lettuce leaf (like a spring roll shape) x2 and 1 babybel cheddar

20 mins exercise bike/8km

chicken chargrill, cauliflower with spoon mayo &grated cheese (couldn't eat it all)

Raspberries and cream
