Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

I eat too much, I only say what I've eaten on a good day. Not grazing is sooo hard!
I know I keep wittering on about my lack of fills but I feel really hard done by because of missing out on two fills.
Still, I have lost weight so I should count my blessings!

Mid morning: Activia yog
Lunch: Slimfast choc
Snacks: Aero choc moouse and banana
Dinner: Prob chicken and then hot choc in evening if i feel like it

i eat so much more than everyone else here!!

No you don't, I prior to yesterday I ate more than this xx

L - 4 crisp breads with light philidelphia and 2/3 tin of tuna, tbsp light Mayo

S - crisps, 135

D - 2 tbsp rice, 5 king prawns, korma sauce
Crunchie, 185 (well, it is Friday!)

Small bit of the omlette I made for Dean. (made with chopped spring onion in the egg bit, filled with chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped grilled back bacon and a sprinkle of cheddar)

Fruit n fibre with a little allbran, made with yoghurt

Pizza hut-had the chicken salad, I was surprised to nearly finish the full bowl, I stopped eating because I felt I should, rather than feeling full. I also tried my hubbys and sons pizza and a couple of spoonfuls of icecream

Turkey stirfry, again I felt no restriction????

3x coffee, 2x glass of cordial

Hi guys quite a bad weekend for me out with work friends friday night for a meal only managed just half of what i had!! but had a few drinks and then saturday me and other half were out to a 50th birthday party again a few drinks but steered clear of the buffet!! enjoyed the weekend though and back to it today...

1.5 ryvita with 45g salmon pate =110cals
2 tea s/s milk =30cals

2L water

3 ryvita + 45g salmon pate + 1 slice breaded ham =260cals

apple =80cals
Highlights =40cals

Small whipped vanilla protein shake and Atkins dark choc/almond/coconut bar (yummy)

piece of omlette with bacon (made a big omlette with chopped spring onion and thin sliced mushrooms in the egg mix, inside grated cheddar and chopped cherry tomatoes with couple slices back bacon on the side- just having a small piece but yummy)

Really hungry today (probably the carbs kicking my appetite off again after the batter on my fish yesterday!!)

Thanks Neen, but they added another 1ml on Thurs, which is why I'm shocked at the amount I could eat. However, I must admit that I've noticed a difference today, normally I'd be hungry mid morning but today I haven't been :)

water - little better than usual
3 coffees
1 ribena light carton
tuna, with salad,drizzle of low fat may and drizzle of sweet chilli sauce
1 banana
pork done in the slow cooker with cabbage and onions

No exercise which I was disappointed about as I had intended to go on the wii but work interrupted that plan. Must make more of an effort tomorrow.

Deans birthday and I am doing him a nice fillet steak for dinner with all the trimmings , no cake though!
We have lots of sugar free goodies instead this year

Me today, tweaked version of my choc peanut shake to make it less carby

made it up with water and a teaspoon cocoa and small handful peanuts instead. Came out very nice still !

Atkins coconut almond delight bar (bit like a bounty with almond slivvers YUM)

Chicken chargrill, broccoli , cauliflower with grated cheese and splodge mayo

1 tiny reeses sugar free peanut butter cup...YUM again

Treat for Deans birthday instead of cake =

Raspberries and double cream with a sprinkle of lizi's belgian choc granola (all low carb still)

I am cooking a version of herders pie (from the return to slender book) using the remaining pork from the last two days - I never thought a joint would stretch to three good meals - with broccoli and cabbage.

If I feel the need later I will have a muller light yoghurt.

Exercise - did a lot of walking to and from meetings today. I am not feeling too good with this pain in my side but as I have the day off tomorrow I may try and do something on the wiii before I head out to the hospital with Mr TB.

Hi CC. I was like that too - except it was ryvita thins. I knew what triggered it and I feel back in control. I thought my restriction was gone but today it is back. I don't know if you have found this but it was almost as if I had convinced myself there was no restriction but it was there - but I had found I was getting around it. I had decided I was going to eat and that was it - no restriction. Now I have decided I am not going to screw this up and got back to what I am supposed to do - hello restriction.

I am telling you this is as much a mind thing as a physical thing.

What can we do to help you my friend? I hate to see you going through this.

Hi everyone! Can't believe it's thursday already! Don't think I've logged this week.
Last week was my baby girls 1st birthday. Saturday we had her party so there has been LOADS of party food around all week. On the plus side because I bought the food I'd got lots of meaty things that being veggie I won't eat, which has limited my indulgences a bit.
I've also a taken a shedload of food in to work for my colleagues that I don't want lying round (Esp pringles...mmmm).
So, we'll see how I get on in the weigh in. Going to weigh tomorrow instead of saturday as got big night out tomorrow night.
