I'm probably not doing THAT badly - just perceive myself to be. Getting TOTM aches so that is imminent so probably has a baring on cravings.

Not done too badly today - 660kCals consumed so far and 57.4g protein. :)

Tried the Cadbury's Choco's today - didn't know they existed until a gym buddy of mine told me about them on Monday. Bought a pack on Tues only just remembered I had them. Tried two, very nice - not sure what to do with the rest as I can give or take on chocolate - may just bin them! :)

I've been a baking again today. Made 24 choc cupcakes and a belgian loaf for school fayre.
Iam very pleased with myself as I didn't eat any! Didn't eat any mixture or icing etc....NOTHING!
Ark at me! Feel like I need a medal xxxx

Well done CC!! What are they cereal? Lucky you not being a chocoholic!

Awesome sauce Karen! I love baking and doing that sort of stuff for our school fete! It's easier if it's getting shipped out for others! I bet they will go down a storm if your lovely Mums birthday cake is anything to go by!
Well done for keeping strong!

CC, what do you mean you might put chocolate in the bin, I don't understand this sentence?? ;)
Julie, migraines are rubbish, hate them! Hope you feel better soon.
Wow Karen, you do deserve a medal!
Loving the new pic Neen.

B: cereal n yoghurt
L: salmon salad (roast pine nuts, avacado, home grown salad leaves, cherry tomatoes) it was amazing
D: Asda indian takeaway

I wanted restriction and thats what I got!
Breakfast:couple of spoonfulls of mini shredded wheat (then heartburn)

Lunch: 2 crispbreads with 1 laughing cow light and tomato chutney, ww yoghurt

Snack:choc ricecake

Tea: Small amount of veg with mintsauce, 2 spoonfulls of pasta (and then horrendous heartburn+hiccups which lasted 35mins. Never eating pasta again)

Hmm I wish!!! I am trying to get into ketosisville at the moment, I think I mentioned I'm enjoying my food too much to believe it's going to work!!
I must get off my big bottom and try my zumba game out!
I used to love dancing so hopefully I haven't broken my groove thang after all the years of waddling and couch potatoing

Do you like quorn Karen? Might be good instead of meat. It's low carb also so I am definately going to use it more often

Tranquil, I found this thread on Minimins...Atkins dieters daily menus...I shall be scanning it for ideas!!

Today's intake - I am trying to keep carbs as low as possible

Actimel
3 black coffees with splenda sweeteners
Water - not enough - trying to drink some before I go to bed
2 eggs and 2 babybel light omelette
prawns and fish sticks (the fish sticks are quite high in carbs unfortunately) drizzle of low fat mayo and drizzle of sweet chilli sauce, green salad
chicken and vegetable stir fry

Felt restriction today

Exercise - did a bit of walking while at the hospital with Mr TB this afternoon. Did want to do more but very tired.

tranquil x

Hope Mr TB is getting better xxx
I think what you had is a good step in the right direction, it's less carbs than you have been having and I'm sure will have a great effect for you! specially with bandy in the background helping with amounts!
I lost 5 stone on Atkins years ago when I was near my start weight and I would have near as I could to pure atkins through the week (not counting carbs at all) and then stupidly have sugar at the weekend because I thought I needed it to stay good in the week...went to extremes but in spite of my foolishness back then I still lost loads.
I would give anything to lose 5 stone again now!!! However being smaller I can't muck about with the rules and get away with it anymore!

Thanks for the link Neen. I just clicked it and saw the first post - interesting. I really think keeping as far from carbs as possible will be good. Cannot avoid them completely. I am definitely feeling restriction again - that omelette kept me going a long time.

Hi everyone! Lovely reading ur posts and seeing how everyones getting on.

Today:
B - a smoked fish (the pre packed chilled ones) which kept me filled up for ages, although when I was eating it i felt a little queasy cos it's an animal. Hope I don't have to give up eating fish too. :-(
S - Skinny m&s latte, olives and feta
L - half a natural yoghurt, rhubarb compote and granola from waitose. Was v large so me and a friend shared it.
d - noodles, veg and tofu - delicious and ate too much
Crunchie

Feel stuffed and bit fed up tonight.

Thanks guys. Xx
Well, am fake tanning and nail varnishing ready for tomorrow's nigh out so that's quite fun I suppose. At least it's calorie free!
Good luck in Atkinsworld you two. X

Ballsed up in the end various reasons, mainly my lack of discipline. When I have restriction I've no appetite yet I've no restriction. Things may get stuck but I've no restriction - strange.

I won't go into what I ate. I just know I need another fill asap! Scared to get on the scales as I know I've gained weight. Struggling with water ... inly managing about 1.5litres a day and foot playing up so no gym :( Did a bit of yoga, but feeling generally unmotivated. So inflexible. ... my fat legs just get in the way and I end up looking so ungraceful.

Anyway rant and self-absorption over. Hope all are well. Must try and sleep now (although can't) as I've a meeting in Lincolnshire early morning and I hate driving to Lincolnshire ... no motorways!

Night night ... I may be back to pull an all-nighter if I can't sleep! xx

P.S - dunno what I did with the choco's; think they're in the fridge in the same place the Cadbury's Caramel eggs sat for 14 months :D. Not sure.
