B: 1 ryvita with l/f lurpak and marmalade scraped on .
L: 1 tbsp rice, 2 chunks chicken and some pea and mushroom curry & 1/4 small naan bread
D: M&S steak yorkshire with layered veg. Home made Eve's pudding with 1/2 pot of l/f custard.
This all came to 1100 cals!!
Last day of hols- back to work tomorrow and more distraction!
