Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

B: 1 ryvita with l/f lurpak and marmalade scraped on .
L: 1 tbsp rice, 2 chunks chicken and some pea and mushroom curry & 1/4 small naan bread
D: M&S steak yorkshire with layered veg. Home made Eve's pudding with 1/2 pot of l/f custard.
This all came to 1100 cals!!
Last day of hols- back to work tomorrow and more distraction!
 
S - skinny latte
B - 5 x melba toasts with peanut butter
S - 1/2 apple
L - jacket potato with quorn chilli and salad
D - cod in breadcrumbs, mangetout, baby sweetcorn, carrots to be followed by activia low fat yoghurt and sugar free jelly
 
B: Slimfast
L: Green salad with lf dressing c bbq chicken
D: M&S steak yorkshire and veg and eve;s pudding (again!!)
S: 2 jaffa cakes and a skinny latte
 
B - yoghurt and granola
L - salad and quorn pieces
D - small jacket spud with quorn chilli

Snacks low fat vanilla ice cream, bag of special k minis

So does M&S Yorkshire Pudding, with Steak & Veg .... I am off to buy one for my dinner tonight ...

Right I am confessing my really bad day of yesterday:
B) a activia yogurt + 3 custard cream biscuits
L) salmon with couscous and pepper (healthy but a pre op portion)
4 celebration chocolate
Then I got home and was on my home so no one could see me...
2 bags of Bacon rashers
A tbs of custard
Dauphinoise potatoes
3 little nestled yogurt pot 2 chocolate one vanilla
:'( :'(
 
Oh mis what u like! At least buy some lower cal biscuits in so when the need arises you can save a few! Chin up..new day...and I'm watching youuuu! Lol :) x
 
Breakfast: cup of tea

Lunch: same as Monday, salad bits and hummous

Tea: 4 rakusens crackers with egg mayo - FULL!

snacks - small banana
 
B - yoghurt and granola
L - quorn pieces, 4 Melba toast with humous
D - pizza made with wrap, tomato pasta sauce and cheese

D: lemon sole in crumb, steamfresh veg... that's the first time I've had peas & I really had to chew them!
S: pkt skips. 2 jaffa cakes & milky coffee.

Lunch 1 activia yogurt

Dinner half cottage pie with swede

Why why Pringles, with garlic dip quarter of a large carton arrrrggghhh boredom !!!?

Mrs Pill its amazing how much smaller ur portions r u must be so thrilled.

L) jacket potato with coronation chicken. Ate the all thing!
D) biscotte 4 with ham and blue cheese and tomatoes

D - McDonald's mini garlic & herb chicken wrap

Snack 3 quorn meatballs in tomato sauce.
