Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

I'm good thanks, must admit I rushed the weaning stage following first fill but didn't suffer! Naughty me! 2nd fill in the morn...!! I'm same re meals as my boyfriend only here at weekends and 2 teenage daughters look in disgust when I ask them to share a meal lol. Good job all those Chinese takeaways came in handy preop as split the ready meals n freeze a portion for the following week in the plastic tubs!! great when the goings good isn't it!!!!
Ps my ex used to work away...we split when he came home to work local..oops!! Xx
 
LOL. I don't want to make it to husband no. 3, so I will have to make sure no. 2 behaves himself. To be honest, I do quite enjoy having the house to myself some of the time :) Roll on when we both get our Visas and I can go and be with him though.
 
I love being independent....half my problem. Where's he working? Anywhere exotic?! x
 
He is in Amish country, just outside Philadelphia in the states - so not exactly exciting and definitely not exotic ... but its so laid back and the people are fantastic. I cannot wait to go.

B) a cereal bar. Over slept and had to meet a friend to take doggie up the hill. Did about 3 miles circle beautiful day for it :)
L) carots and corriande soup with 4 biscottes 2 slices of ham and blue cheese
S) back of crisp
D) bangers and mash which was swede and carrots. Lovely and now stuffed.2 sausages
 
B: WM toast c lf lurpak and scrape of marmalade
S: milky coffee
L:parsnip and apple soup and herb roll.
s: 1/2 vanilla slice c coffee
D: 3-4oz roast chicken, broccolli,peas and cauli cheese c gravy on a small plate- couldn't finish it.
S: LF creamed rice

It looks a lot but it wasn't!
 
B - low fat activia yoghurt and granola
S - small apple (eaten too quickly)
L - 50g wafer thin turkey with salad and 2 crispbreads
S - skinny latte
D - 1/3 portion of M&S chicken, chorizo and butterbean casserole with 1/2 jacket potato (still cannot believe I can eat such a small portion size and feel stuffed)

May have another yoghurt or sugar free jelly and banana later if I still feel hungry
 
B - 3 Melba toast with peanut butter
L - 3 Melba toast with humus
D - 3 pieces of quorn roast, 2 chicken nuggets 2 Yorkshire puddings, mash spud, carrots, gravy.
2 half & half coffees

B) 2 oranges and one lemon squeezed.
L) stir fry with chicken
D) dine in for 10 pounds beef with new potatoes and mash swede and carrots and half chocolate cheesecake
 
haha Mis- I read that wrong there- I thought you said you'd eaten 10lbs of beef! I did a double take!
Anyway--- todays food:
B: Slimfast
L: 3 ryvitas and smoked salmon spread
D: M&S Lemon and Ginger chicken curry (count on us) It was yum!
 
B - latte & granola bar
L- McDonalds sweet chilli chicken wrap (managed 3/4)
D - quorn mince in chilli pasta sauce with cheese

God imagine how much beef that Wld be!!! Went out tonight again tomorrow and Friday so don't look at it too closely....
B) go cereal bar and cup of tea.
L) sausage roll and muller rice
S) go bar and sweet chili snack a jack
D) parcel bri and cramberries, chicken with prune then tarte tatin.

D: Home made chicken, chickpea & chorizo done in the slow cooker. Its was fab. 2 ryvitas
S: pkt frisps
 
B - low fat yoghurt, 1/2 apple and 20g cereals
S - 1/2 apple and 1/2 skinny latte
L - 1/3 tin of baked beans, 4 crispy bacon rashers (M&S) and 2 crispbreads
D - 100g tuna, sweetcorn, peas and small amount of pasta sprinkled with cheese - not eaten yet, just baking in the oven mmmmm :)

probably will not be able to fit anything else in after that = but if I am hungry I stewed some rhubarb in elderberry and port liquer last night, so may have some of that with yoghurt. catch everyone at the weigh-on tomorrow
 
PS Mrs P - where did you get the recipe for your casserole last night, I fancy making a batch
 
I made it up! Thats not like me, I can tell you as I'm no Delia Smith! But I saw that someone had an M&S one and decided to try it so I used:
5 chicken thigh fillets,tin tomatoes with basil and garlic, some chopped up chorizo which I fried first in its own oil, and a drained tin of chick peas and a chopped up red pepper and yellow pepper. I added garlic salt and pepper and put it in the slow cooker for about 5 hours. I then left it for a day in the fridge as it sort of brings the flavour out a bit more and that was it!
Its really tasty...maybe the chorizo is a bit high fat but you don't use much and the flavour is really good.

B: Shape rhubarb crumble yoghurt and granola(I'm addicted to this yoghurt)
L: Slimfast ( too busy at work!)
D: 3 ryvitas, egg and bacon sandwich filler (1/2 tub) and a scotch egg.
S Another rhubarb crunble yoghurt!! and a coffee
 
Skinny vanilla latee + go bar
L) salmon fishcake only managed 1.5
D) WINE+ WINE+ MORE WINE...
 
B - 3 ryvitas, 1oz cream cheese and 3 m&s crispy bacon rashers
S - 1/2 latte and 12 jelly beans (thank goodness I ran out of pennies to put in my jelly bean machine)
L - basil and tomato soup, 2 crispbreads and 1/2 oz peanut butter
S - 1/2 small bag wasabi popcorn (to keep me going till dinner as i felt hungry after 4 mile walk with my 3 pooches)
D - 4oz chicken breast, 1tsp pesto, 1oz goats cheese, green beans and sweetcorn
