Next time you feel like having pringles, take one and set fire to it (safely of course). Watch the fat drip, I saw it on a tv programme and its put me off them for life!

If only that was the same for other things! ................ xx

Oh Mazza I almost want to buy some now to run the little experiment lol x

It came to 1870 cals on myfitnesspal but I reckon it was about 2000.
I am NOT going to beat myself up. I refuse. I'm not a bad person. I was tired and a bit stressed and reverted to my old coping mechanism of comfort eating and I'm not sure I'm EVER going to really truly beat that one. I can only hope that the 80:20 rule will keep me on the right track even if its not very straight! Only time will tell :).
(Just thought I'd share this to show the human side of weight loss ie. imperfection!)

Oh Mrs pill I was like u about confessing my bad days but hey we r indeed only human and we Wld be fool to think it won't happen again but as long as we get a grip on doesn't become a daily intake we ll be fine and ll succeed :)

Well I did my trip to M&S earlier in the week to buy the yorkshire pudding with steak and veg. Had it last night with extra veg, as suggested, and it was lovely and filling. Got tempted by lots of other nice things. So my daily diet for the next few days will be from M&S.

B - 2 egg omelette with m&s crispy bacon and 2 crispbreads (treated myself to a microwave omelette maker too - so no fat used)
L - 1/2 jacket potato and 1/2 tin baked beans (was so full I couldnt eat my salad)
S - banana
D - 1/3rd portion of m&s chicken, butterbean and chorizo casserole with courgettes, broad beans and minted peas followed by sugar free jelly & low fat yoghurt

Admitedly a little bit more slider food than normal, but I am getting fuller much more quickly since my bandfill a couple of weeks ago, so my main focus is on getting the right nutritional value at the moment.

We had the chorizo meal last night....wish I could get to m&s more often, you pay more but I'm never disappointed x

It was so tasty....I usually just have plain meat or fish with veg as I am cooking for just myself at the moment. As I had nobody to share my meal for two with (hubby not back home for another 12 days) - I have stretched it to three decent sized portions. Pre-band I would probably have been able to manage it all myself - and would have done!

How are you getting on Jo now you are back on normal food?
