Ok im gonna keep tabs each day of my food it may humiliate me into doing somthing,

2 hot cross buns!
1 slice of bread 2 slices ham and humous
carrots and cuc with humous
1 bag of kettle crisps! ..

oh god and its only 2.10! ...

Having the treat day once a week (I usually have it on Saturday/Sunday as I weigh in on Saturday morning)
Helps me stick to my calorie limit during the week. You then don't run out of calories before the day is done and panic, if you see what I mean.
Drink lots of water between your meals..I have lots of small bottles in the fridge ready to grab... sometimes that or brushing my teeth stops nibbles.
Carbs like the hot cross buns and the crisps are going to make you hungrier so maybe try the tuna tip or swap for something less moreish like porridge in the morning (the oatsos are not bad for calories) or snack a jacks which are much more filling and less fatty than the kettle chips.

Main thing is to not worry too much but plan what you will have tomorrow for each meal before you get too hungry and make sure it's all in stock and easy to prepare quickly.
