I would say have a practice walk with your partner around first to make sure...or maybe try and walk that distance on the treadmill if you have one?
If you feel well in yourself then a gentle walk might be fine but not too much bending and lifting etc.
As for vitamins, we don't have malabsorbtion like bypassers so they aren't so vital as a supplement as for a bypasser...but it's a good idea to have them anyway with a reduced intake like you have now so maybe the chewy ones? That's what I have and they are not a problem x
Em, wow I am so pleased you got out of that worry about the food and you are right love, if you are doing the exercise you will have that natural appetite suppressant from activity plus, work off stress that makes us comfort eat and calories anyway...and increase muscle so that you burn more simply by being in shape xxx
