Breakfast - two krisprolls with lf pate
Lunch - skinless stuffed chicken thigh, wilted spinach and garlic, four baby sweetcorn
Dinner - four homemade beef meatballs (marble sized), wilted spinach, three baby courgette roasted, tbsp Bulgar wheat salad dollop of fage with garlic salt
Snack - mid afternoon snack sized banana
