bypass daily menu -

Breakfast - two krisprolls with lf pate
Lunch - skinless stuffed chicken thigh, wilted spinach and garlic, four baby sweetcorn
Dinner - four homemade beef meatballs (marble sized), wilted spinach, three baby courgette roasted, tbsp Bulgar wheat salad dollop of fage with garlic salt

Snack - mid afternoon snack sized banana

Snacks : 60 g cheddar cheese (3 x 20g sticks)

Drinks 2ltr water, 2 latte's (skinny), 200 ml apple juice (watered down)
 
Lost four and three quarter pounds this week, fiftysix pounds in eleven weeks xxx so happy right now its untrue :-D

Breakfast - ommlette made with one egg and one egg white with a pinch if low fat cheese, slice of ham
Lunch - king prawn stirfry with beansprouts, water chestnuts and baby corn in oyster sauce
Dinner - three melba toast with lf pate/ soft cheese four crabsticks and gherkins, slice pastrami
 
Yesterday
B 2 slice bacon and 1 fried egg
L children's size lamb dinner
D pro nutro (south African cereal)

Snacks 40g cheese
2 lattes
2 LTR water

Today
B 2 slice bacon and 20g cheese
L tesco salmon appetisers
D ready brek with as milk

Snack 50 g biltong, 100g blueberries

Drinks : 2 white coffees, one small costs latte, 2 LTR water

Protein 72g calories 982
 
Breakfast - four strawberries
Lunch - half a salmon fillet, five baby asparagus, fage with mint and garlic, we peach fromage frais
Dinner - a spare rib - which I promptly threw up, sometimes things are so easy I doubt tge op has been done, tonight was not one of them

Revision of earlier post

I've finished on 1296 calories for the day, of which 300 were down to pure unnecessary gluttony. So scared I am slipping. Not weighed for 8 days, will weigh this Saturday again. Hope I am still losing. Verydown.com
 
so was wondering if I could join in?

Today:
Breakfast: Melon and Banana shake with 100ml actimel totalling 200mls
Lunch: 60g Humous
Snack: 160g pot of low fat custard
Dinner: 200mls of home made seafood soup (strained)

Sipped on water all day and now just having a cup of tea.

I think I must be a bit of a piglet...can I share my day's grub?

Breakfast: Glass skimmed milk with tablets!
Snack: Mini Babybel lite
Lunch: 1/4 Baked Yam 60g tin tuna, 30g sweetcorn - balsamic vinegar and 1 tbls salad cream lite.
Snack: 1cm cube feta with 2 x cherry tomatoes
Dinner: 90g Turkey breast with 50g Edamane stir fry veg
Snack: Options Hot chocolate

I do seem to be eating more that you others - loosing 1kg a week since op 8 weeks ago... Mmmmmm dilemma now?!

I'm only at the start of week 3. I was scared I was eating too much.

You have a healthy, low carb menu. And losing really well. It looks like you are eating well and it works for you chick x

Snack - three diabetic sugar free caramel sweets

Drinks - lots of caffine free tea
 
Breakfast: Home Made Smoothie Shake 76 cals
Lunch: 60g pot of hummus 129 cals
Dinner: Home Made Seafood Soup 43 cals
Snack: Emmi Caffe Latte (my first try at coffee) 125 cals
Exercise: 60 mins walking

Total Cals: 400

Snack: Small bowl of powdered mash. 97 calories.
