Sounds good to me :D guilt is a bad thing for me as it leads to my old bulimic thoughts. So seeing things in those terms sounds just about right for me :)

Breakfast - (not much of an appetite) half a small banana half a yoghurt (muller fat free)
Lunch - (not much appetite) one krisproll with lf philly, two gherkins, one piece BBQ chicken nugget type thing
Dinner - three pieces baby asparagus, fage with garlic as a dip, garlic dusted haddock (pulled dusting stuff off was a soggy v thin batter - yuck)

Three cups tea, having NAS dilute orange and water (pint of before bed as I watch a film)
 
Breakfast: Slimfast Milkshake (100mls) + Actimel (100mls) 106 Cals
Lunch: Low Fat Brussels Pate 40g 96 Cals + Hummus 80g 227 Cals
Dinner: Seafood Soup 200mls + Belgian Choc/Vanilla Mouse (3/4 of 60g) 123 Cals
Snack: Emmi Caffe Latte 1/4 of 230mls 17 Cals
Total Cals: 473

Total protein (incase you wanna know) 29
 
Breakfast - cup of tea early morning meeting
Lunch - 2 krisprolls with lf Philly, 4 baby gherkins
Dinner - 2 krisprolls with lf Philly, 4 olives

Teaspoon of choc Philly infront of the telly and one plum mid afternoon

Bottled water, tea
 
Today:

First day of solids.

Parsnip soup boiled down with pork tiny chunks
Linda McCartney sausage and 2tbps of reduced sugar and salt beans
Homemade pork and veg curry with 2 tbsps of basmati rice.

I will have a Olvaltine light later as my treat.

I have enjoyed everything I eaten today. So happy days :D

I can't eat anything like the amount I could pre op, but seem to be able to eat a decent amount compared to some people. I will try not to be worried lol

Drinks NAS cordial and tea.
 
l I am finishing on over 2000 calories for the day. B ready brek with Ss milk, l jacket with cheese and beans d 4 chicken wings snacks salt and vinegar McCoys. Drinks 4 coffees , 1 cappuccino, 1 and half bottle wine (that's the extra calories). But you know what stuff it!! I am happy! This is hardly a dSily occurrence. I have lost over 10.5 stone in 7 months and I am a new man! I may not realise it most the time but I am a new man, a healthier man, a better man! I'll never ever go back to the fat me! Love you long time!

Just worked out what "if philly"...is actually LF - low fat!! DOH I kept thinking what brand is this "if" philly and pate, where do I get some, it must be good they are all eating it- what a tool!

I noted from your previous thread you're really worried about your hair coming out - you may find increasing your proteins to around 70g will help - as there is not much protein in today's grub? x
 
Breakfast - 30g start right cereal with skim milk
Lunch - tomato pasta mug shot (all but a spoonful of it)
Dinner - one new potato, one slice roast turkey, cabbage, French beans in a sauce if cooked down tomato , garlic and basil, small piece stuffing.

Snack - fresh pineapple and melon
25g salted roast edamame beans


Lots of lovely hot tea :)
 
Hi guys, thought I would post my first soft/puree day up and would love feedback-

b- 10g porridge quite runny
l - one crackerbread with 1/6 of a tin of mackerel in tomato sauce
d - 2 baby new potatoes with 1/6 of a tin of mackerel in tomato and some cheese (maybe 2 tbsp?) only managed about half of this though and mushed it up.

snacks - 2 seafood sticks and will have some custard later on (1 ramekin)

Does this seem like lots?
 
It doesn't say and I chew chew chew until it is just mush. So I hope so! They run my puree and soft stage together though and don't seperate them.
