Thank you Chrisa, but that photo was just taken in a good light lol...This picture shows my age completely!!! I have attached this one that I took today with my webcam and then I joined them together on www.pizap.com. I love that website its brilliant for putting photos together. I have always hated this top as it's see through and I bought it when I was a size 16 many many moons ago but never wore it, but was so pleased when I tried it on today and it actually fitted. So had to share it with you guys xxx

P.S.. That little bobble you can see in the first picture in the middle of my tummy isn't me lol!! Its the button on my jeans!!!

Thanks Mark!! It's sometimes hard to see the differences by yourself, really helps being able to share with my wls friends, and know that I will get an honest opinion.. As you say it makes all the hard work and sacrifice worth it when you can see a difference... xxx

I agree totally!! I don't know what I would have done without this forum. I certainly wouldn't have coped with the bypass as well as I have without the people on here... We are all here to support one another through the good and the bad times...

Looking great Amanda. Well done everyone for doing so well over festive time. I've been rubbish I have to admit as I've said, no where near enough exercise a lot of extra carbs etc. The whole of december has been a bit of a write off for me. After a a lot of up and downing I've stalled on a gain, making my loss for this month terrible but I will sort myself. I've got a party tonight and Monday night then a very unsocial January thank goodness! I'll work really hard to make up for being so relaxed lately.

Menu for today -
Breakfast - Pineapple
Lunch - Half a chicken salad sandwich
Dinner - Ham and salad.
Snack - Will try and be good at the party and not have anything naughty.

Have a good weekend everyone x

Let ur hair down a little this is your life now, don't over thi nk it just see what your body needs not what the head sees n thinks we should have that is my main down fall but we just have to go with it and do our best. I have hit a few stalls along the way, you have come so far in such a short space of time you are doing very well think 6 weeks was my longest stall then it dropped again. It 'll happen but go out n forget about it, do what comes natural within reason,if you deny it the more you want it. xx

Thanks Chrisa, it's reassuring to know it happens to others too. I'll enjoy myself tonight but won't go mad, keep trying to learn this moderation game! :) I just have to think of all I've lost and about all that I will lose because I know it will start again :) xx

I agree with Chrisa shelleymarie!!! You have done so well, and its christmas!!!! If I was your age I'd be out there partying... Go and enjoy the new you, a few days with treats will make no difference in the grand scheme of things.. Have a drink/nibble for me while you're at it xxxxx
