bypass daily menu -

Hi all, hope your all having a lovely weekend. Here's my menu for today.

B - 2 x multigrain ryvita with pate.
L - Slow cooked beef, cabbage, a bite of a yorkshire pud, half a roast potato and gravy.
T - Haddock in butter sauce.
S - WW rich chocolate pud, 25g of unsalted pistachio nuts.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas squash.
Exercise - Cleaned the house from top to bottom.
 
Ohhh love the sound of your menu paula!!! My mouth is watering lol!!
 
I did try a mini roast dinner over xmas and couldn't eat it!! But am going to definitely try that haddock in sauce.. xx
 
Thats why I love fish so much!! Low in fat and almost a third of our daily protein intake in one helping.. But haven't had haddock for ages so am going to grab some at work today, so that's my dinner sorted for tonight. xxx

It's cod sorry, not haddock. It's the young's brand. I buy those as they seem to taste less salty than the Birdseye ones :)
 
I find fish one of the best things my daughter uses tinned Salmon and mash potato with chilli and lemon juice and herbs to make great thia fishcakes she heats up a salsa sauce for me there yummy
 
Mayamoo here 1lb loss to report this week, not a huge amount but the first time I have ever not gained about a stone at Christmas lol!! I don't feel I have missed out at all, tummy sti sore so pronutro for brekkie n will have plainer softer food for the remainder of the day xx

Ohhh forgot to say but I also told Elijah about having had the op last night and he was amazingly supportive.....phew!

A pound off is better than a pound on. I had to go and buy a belt today, to stop my jeans falling down !
 
Well done May on the weightloss, and can't believe you have not had to tell Elijah yet surely he must have guessed you had made some major changes, to get to where you are now, pleased he is supportive its just what you need what a Christmas eh? xx
 
belts I have gone through quite a few, if I can't make the new hole get hubby to. It is a good feeling each time you go and it need sto go to the next one xx
 
Hey all hope you are having a good weekend. Just one day at work tomorrow then another day off! Last party of the season to enjoy too then back to clean living, my body says yay lol.

Glad Elijah was understanding Maya, always good to have extra support.

Menu today -
Breakfast - Branflakes
Lunch - Cooked Ham, tiny bit of mash, broccoli and reduced salt bisto gravy.
Dinner - WW sausage, tiny bit of mash, peas.
Snack - Grapes. Mini babybel light.
 
Well done on the loss maya, and glad to hear that elijah was supportive and understood. Must feel good for you to have told him so no secrets btween you now.. I actually wore high heels today and it was great!! They fitted me and I actually have ankles again!! Seems only a little thing but after years having to wear flatties it felt really good, I almost felt like a woman again... xxx
 
Fantastic Amanda, I love to wear heals too despite the fact they are painful sometimes. It's so hard when you are overweight because of the pressure it puts on you calves and feet. You should feel proud and enjoy every minute because these are the sort of things that help build our confidence and having confidence is what a lot of this is about :) xx
 
Don't worry Shelley it will soon be fine. Start with little heels.
 
Must admit shelley, Because its so long since I've worn heels, I am going to have to practise actually walking in them lol!!! You are right about it being painful sometimes, but I feel so good in them that I am going to perservere now I've got this far... We will get there one day xxx
