Hi I got new short hair yesterday but not brave enough to show my face:(. I was aiming for Michelle Williams short hair. I do like it thou despite not looking at all like
Michelle Williams. Anyway rushed around again and food is-
Breakfast 2 baby bel
Lunch chicken in a chausseur sauce
Tea either quiche or salmon fish cake with carrot and swede mash.

Still feeling like poo with the cold. My monthly (in my case twice yearly) 'friend' is horrendous and I'm exhausted. Seeing my endocrinologist tomorrow, so he'll probably be thrilled, weight loss and some signs of a cycle.

B: Poached egg, tiny bit of mayo and ketchup.
S: Medium costa Cappuccino.
L: 1/2 Atkins bar.
S: St agur cheese dipper.
D: Chicken, mushroom and ham in a cheesy sauce.
S: Milky drink

2.5 litres fluids
 
Hi all, hope your all ok. Here's my menu for today :)

B - 8 grapes & natural pro-biotic yogurt.
L - Bacon & sausage Warburtons thin.
T 8 bits of gnocchi, bolognaise & 1 piece of garlic bread.
S - Half an apple.

Drinks - tea, coffee & NAS still flavoured water.
 
Amanda if you are reading this do hope you are feeling a little better, we miss you soo much on here just keep letting us know you are ok. At least once a week if possible even if its through Penelope. Thanks petal take care of yourself. xxx

Well managed to change my profile pic anyway, haha. I keep looking at it, wondering when I got a chin (as opposed to many). My friend says I look younger, and as if to prove it I got id checked today buying Lemsip!!! I giggled so much when they said they couldn't sell to under 16s. I'm 31!
 
Thats fab love it. I think if you start a new post n scroll down to the bottom thats how you upload uyour pics. Sometimes it works for me n sometimes it doesnt i'm no techno expert. If i manage a pic then thats fine but its more by good luck than planning. I ususally upload them from my documents on pc to albums as well then people can look at your pics. xx Mine are horrendous xx

Well all I have just been for an interview again this afternoon it went very well, but trying not to get hopes up too much, they will ring n let me know so keep on looking and applyting till i hear one way or the other xx

B: 1 Nutrigrain biscuit, babybel, CheeseT and Actimel
L: 135g Chicken fajita filler.
S: 1 babybel, 2 cheddar crackers
D: HM beef bhuna, with 2tsp rice, mini onion bhaji and tsp yogurt. (Pushed it a bit on this one, eyes bigger than tum).
S: 1/2 milk ww hot choc.

2 litres nas squash and 3 cups of coffee.

My endocrinologist was very pleased with me. He said he hasn't had that many patient's receive a gastric bypass, and those that have he was seeing for diabetes. He sees me because of my PCOS, so he seemed quite thrilled to have the opportunity to observe the effect the bypass will have. He was so positive, talking about my fertility improving, and setting up a schedule. He's set me a "goal" - he wants me to lose 20kg in the next 6 months. I said I would try very hard. Hee hee.

Also the weirdest thing happened to day - I lost size! I had heard from you guys before that you can be loosing inches but not lbs, so I was aware it happens. My best friend saw me on Tuesday, then she saw me today and told me I looked a lot slimmer. I told her that I thought she was right because all of my clothes are suddenly really loose. So decided to go to asda and try some clothes on to test the theory. I'm so shocked, I'm getting into size 22, and I actually bought a size 20 dress, and even hubbie said I looked 'nice' in it. I've been wearing a size 26-28 for 12 years.

Well done Fiona, that is great about your doctor being pleased with you and the loss in sizes. That is great :) You new hair cut looks fab too.

Well done every one else too. You are doing good. I'm eating pretty well, lots of home made soups, casseroles and roasts etc. Looking forward to the weather finally warming up if it ever does and having some nice salads as never fancy them in the cold.

I lost 3lb this week taking me to 165lb lost. I'm bang on 200lb. Hopefully next week I'll hit Onederland lol. Take care everyone xx
 
We're having a cold winter this spring aren't we! Well done, on the amazing loss. Its inspirational. You must be so pleased. I hope things are getting better for you in the rest of your life.
 
They are not lol, but thank you, hopefully I'll have some better news to report soon and in the mean time I'm happy to still be losing weight even if it has slowed down. I'm seeing my surgeon for the first time in months next Friday. I had to keep cancelling because of work. I'm not sure but think I was 19 or 20 stone last time I saw him so hopefully he will be pleased that I've now lost close to 12 stone :) x
 
WOW Shelley doing an amazing job so well done to you. You have done brill so far. have you googled Stonham housing they have jobs going around th ewhole of the country and they rent houses and flats out specifically for people in your predicament. xx
 
Hi Todays menu:
Breakfast-1 slice very thin brown bread toast (was out again), I babybel
Late Lunch - 1 salmon fishcake, 1 tablespoon mash and some light mayo (not all that great)
Tea / Supper - not sure yet, may have cereal.
No snacks.
I am eating breakfast far too late, and then eating wherever I land (parents / friends house) and this is because I am struggling to get my tablets down. I feel I have to stagger taking them as they don't go down very well at all. Not painful, but leaves me feeling yuck with each tablet. So then I have to wait 30mins and don't feel like breakfast. I need to ask my doc to prescribe the lanzoprazole that can be taken without water.
Going to cook tomorrow to get organised, some shepherds pie etc..
I am at a party (friends 40th) tomorrow night and at a wedding the week after. I have been able to buy a size 20 dress (although it is a jersy dress which stretches) but still!!!
