Hi today's menu as follows;
Breakfast - 1 weetabix with semi milk (I only have skimmed but ate it at my mams)
Lunch - roast beef and veg, again focus on eating beef. Tea size plate
Tea - beans and cheese
Got a low fat WW quiche so may have half of that later. Need to drink more today.

Hi all, hope your all wrapped up warm in this freezing weather!! Here's today's menu.

B - Greek yogurt and grapes.
L - grilled chicken breast.
T - One chicken fajita with sour cream & cheese.
S - 2 slices of ham.

Drinks - Tea, flavoured water, NAS squash.
 
Well felt bit better first thing but gone down hill this afrenoon came home n had a bath full of aches n pains. 2 days left hubby bit better today has had bit of food and lot brighter. Daughter thinking of going back to work tomorrow but she still feeling shattered. x

Hi all, I hope everyone is well and the snow and cold isn't getting to you.

B: 1/2 small can baked beans & 3 slices wafer thin ham.
S: 1 nurtigrain biscuit & cheese T.
L: 1/2 Atkins bar
D 1/3 Ham and cheese quiche without pastry
S: Highlights drink made with skimmed milk

Fluids: 3 decaf coffees, 2 cups of tea, 4 glasses NAS ribena

40 mins swimming (with a few rests)

It was my weigh in today, just half a pound shy of 3 stone loss in total, whoo hoo. Got my first follow up appointment on Thursday, I hope they will be happy with me.

Strange day today -

Breakfast and Lunch - A sandwich in two halves with low fat cheese and ham on wholemeal bread.
Dinner - Homemade chicken and mushroom soup, I've sieved it and put whole chunks of chicken and some veg so much nicer now.
Snacks - Olives and baked star crisps.

I've got a 2 day course tomorrow and Thursday. I really begrudge having to travel 27 miles for a course for a job that doesn't want me in a few months, especially as It's only relevant to my company so can't be used else where. Oh well 2 days where I finish at 4pm instead of 7pm so that's not bad :) Hope you are all well xx

S- creme egg (whoops! Enjoyed it but wish I was a dumper my willpower isnt great!)

Well my brother in law is in hospital tonight dizziness and blood in stools - bloods show low haemoglobin so an endoscopy on the cards tomorrow.....we are meant to fly to Mexico next tues so hope its very easily treatable and they think rest will do him good...always drama drama drama....
 
Morning all feeloing lot bright er today but had nast pains last night byt 11pm had to ring nhs direct think my bowel or summat was twisted, horrendous pain, but has subsided now, can only get better now, just left me bit tender. xx have a good day xx

Hi not a great menu today. Been do tired. Hoping iron tablets kick in.
Breakfast - pâté on 3 Jacobs crackers (late brekkie)
Lunch - small slice low fat malt bread with spread
Tea - carrot and swede mash followed by a a small banana. But think I dumped as had to "go" 5mins after. Not feeling great.

Not enough protein, need to be more organised tomorrow.

I have felt much better today thank goodness, last day at work tomorrow bit emotional today.

Thinking of you Chrisa, I know it will be hard but it you will find something right for you soon I'm sure. I went on a course today and I was speaking to someone very high up the corporation, I told her about me being desperate to find another job to follow mine and she advised to go in to places and hand over my cv personally. She said she gets thousands sent to her via email and post and that the personal touch makes her stand up and take notice because so many people have the same qualifications etc. That drive and passion make the difference. So that's my plan for my next day off. Might worth a try? or maybe going for something not necessarily in your field in the mean time. Which is something I'm going to have to look in to too. Lots of luck hun xx

S: Options made with milk.

Hi terrible day. Not organised. Waited till lunchtime before I ate, was in dunelm shopping so had some wild mushroom soup from their coffee shop. Then had to rush to collect kids from activities so ended up having toasted warburtons thin wholemeal with LF Philly and a slice of ham. I know I shouldn't have eaten this yet as shouldn't have bread. Struggled to finish it as was full. Then just had an options drink.
Aim for tomorrow - have breaky, proper planned lunch, tea and a snack.
Can't be going out all day and be this disorganised.
On a positive the ham went down well.
 
Borogirl, when I go out anywhere now I have a little pack up. Just a bottle of squash, and a box with some cheese triangles and ham with crackers in. I am always getting caught out when I'm out and about, and sometimes the only option is a cafe latte!

I had my first check up, it was very positive. They seem as pleased with my progress as I am. She reassured me that I'm doing everything right with food and exercise. And it was a lovely drive in the sun down to Chichester. Was knackered when I got back though.

wELL I am finallt finished from work. I got lots of cards flowers gifts wine etc. Then some of us went out last night for food n drinks.

B 1 MSBB with spread
L HAM n fresh pineapple
D 2 slices of black pudding of which I ate 1 1/2.
Meal out last night just had breaded plaice no chips peas or salad eaten just the fish was delish

3 glases of rose

so not to naughty.

I have another interview next Thursday for a job i am interested in xx Guna have to do some research.
