L: Coronation chicken (scraped from half of my husbands baguette when we were out)

Hi strange day. Was going to be organised then my dog went missing for 3 hours in the park! My dad was taking him for a walk.
So had a baby bel for breakfast as I was rushing out just so I had something.
Omelette with mushrooms and cheese for lunch.
Fish for tea (scrapped off batter) with some curry sauce. Struggled to eat much of it.
No snacks.
Dog was found stressed but ok. Me, kids, hubby and my dad were traumatised!

L- 2 cracker bread with LF philly and a slice of ham
D - bowl of mince bolognaise
Going to friends house for a meal tonight so I may have a very small bowl of her curry. I will steer away from the rice! And no alcohol (not bothered) as I am driving everyone else around.
 
Curry, Thai and Chinese are all fine for me as long as I don't have rice or noodles. Never been able to do pasta or rice since the op. My sister makes a great home made Chinese with all low fat ingredients :) Just take it nice and slow and enjoy the taste :)
 
I've done a couple of home made curries since the op, yummy.

L: 100g Satay Chicken
S: Actimel, Baby bel and 1 cheddar cracker.
D: HM chicken, bacon and mushrooms in white sauce.
S: Cafe latte.

Liquids: 2.5 litres nas ribena

I've been able to eat what feels like loads today. Plus side of that is I've really packed in the protein.

Got a bit sad today. My husband spent the day with his little nephews, and when he got back he said he felt so broody, and just wished we could have some babies. I had to remind him that its out of the question for 18 months. We tried for a year pre-op, so it feels like it will never happen for us
 
She made lamb curry with yogurt dip. Nicest thing I have eaten in months. I had half a popodom, small one. Anyway been on the scales and lost 1lb! So since day of op 1 stone 7 off. Pleased.

D: 1 very small beef burger with a little cheese, ketchup and light mayo
S: 1 baby bel & Actimel
P: 1/2 banana, 1 tsp peanut butter and 50g total yogurt

2 x coffee & 2 litres nas squash
 
B - bacon & egg.
L - Pot roast beef, 1 asparagus spear, 30g steamed veg, tsp of swede, tsp of mash, gravy.
T - Cheese on toast made with Warburtons thin.
S - 20g mixed nuts.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, still NAS water.

Sorry I forgot to post last 2 days. Will make a point of going this from now on. Bought a salmon fish cake in to liven up my diet tomorrow!

I gone and got this cold going around, feel like poo. Second cold in 6 weeks, I'm not impressed. On a more positive note, I had a brand spanking new haircut today. I must be feeling bold, I got a fringe eek! First time in 15 years I've change my hairstyle.

S: 1/2 atkins bar.
L: 100g Chicken tikka filler
S: St agur cheese dipper pot
D: Beef bolognaise with a little cheese and few pasta shapes.
S; 1/2 Milk weight watchers hot choc

Fluids: 4 mugs tea & 1 litre nas squash

Oh and I lost 4 lbs this week, even with it being 'that time'.
