bypass daily menu -

Well the inevitable has happened and I'm in a stall :-( I've not lost anything for the last 2 weeks. I thought I'd weigh my food yesterday and I've been seriously underestimating my calories. Any advice from you lovely people would be greatly appreciated xx

Here's today's menu.
B - 50g of mango with pro biotic natural yogurt.
L - Leftover chicken dinner.
T - Leftover chicken dinner.
S - Medium banana.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, NAS still flavoured water.
Stalls around 6 months is pretty much what I had. And that's whats expected, because the first 6 you should get relatively steady losses (I know some do stall). The next three it will drop to around 2lbs a week average, so although you'll stall, you'll drop more when you do. The three after that, around 1lb a week and then the last year most people drop a stone. That's what my dietician said is average - I'm losing a bit faster than this still.
 
No worries hon. Sometimes I think we compound the problem because we panic and think we've done something wrong and get back into diet head. I've done this myself. Am slowly slowly learning that it will work if I trust it.

If I'm honest I have gone into panic mode a bit. I'm so scared that I'll start putting weight on again. I'm just going to get on with it and let it pass. I am going to up my protein a bit though :)
 
That is exactly what happened to me. And I went bananas at myself. Its only now I've relaxed a little and started to believe in myself that I've managed to get back out of diet head.
 
Don't get me wrong a little fear is a healthy thing. We can't afford to get complacent. But eventually we have to accept that not losing every week doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. I'm still losing to the tune of 5-6lbs a month.

Morning all hope we all hae agood nutritious day today. Its great to have our friend back Amanda, looking very filmstarrish and all loved up n verrrry happppy. Hope you have a lovely meet up with Cheryl and Pen today enjoy lovelies.

The rest of us will just carry on, eating sensibly and not pushing our boundaries too much enjoy all. xxxx

If you don't mind I'd like to join in with logging my eating. I have gone off track quite a lot recently and although I don't really want to lose any more weight, I don't want to put it on either!

I am within my 'safe' level but a couple of pounds have crept on in the last few weeks so I need to watch out.

Breakfast - 1 slice of brown bread toast (left it late again and had to eat out)
Lunch - quiche
Tea - chicken in breadcrumbs with cheese and white sauce (small slice of a parmo) with a bit of garlic dip.
Not a great day food wise really at all. Quite disappointed in myself. Will have more veg and some fruit tomorrow. Haven't eaten big amounts, just stupid choices.
Wrists slapped.

Well here is my first day, warts and all!

Breakfast (really early at 5 as could not sleep) - slice of toast with a dash of syrup
Lunch - slice of bread with boiled ham and salad
half of a bounty bar
tea - gammon, five oven chips, salad and beetroot
slice of chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream
snacks - 1/2 banana and about ten maltesers
j20 watered down a little
tea and coffee throughout day
 
Been out with my mum and sister all day, got a bit tired. Ate out, not bad, but quite small amount really. I'm away from home so it brings new eating challenges, lol.

B: Breakfast biscuit, slice ham 30g cheddar.
L: Chicken, feta and butternut squash salad.
S: 1/2 Atkins bar.
S: Babybel
D: Bolognase with little cheese and few strands of spaghetti.
S: 300ml warm milk.
 
Well today I am going to meet up with some pals from my old school, I can say that now but sounds strange not really seen anyone for nearly a fortnight desparate for a good chin wag. x

My lucky sister the middle one of us that is is in Magaluf living it up with the girls wish I was there. May is oin Mexico I think lucky girl. Its so bloomin cold at the moment had hope would be warmer by now waiting to get my 3/4 trousers out but no way at the moment. Thats if they fit may need new ones this year ha x Might go and have a splurge before the new job starts once I find out what the dress code is, hope its just casual n can wear jeans n stuff xx
