Evening all - Hi FJSINC HOPE TODAY HAS BEEN A BETTER DAY FOR YOUR POUCH.

Hope everyone else has had a great day. I have been in to town and then round to see one of my sisters for a couple of hours soo nice to be outta the house.

Menu today

B 1 slice malted brown bread with spread
S GRAPES
L 1 breakfast wrap, egg, bacon, sausage in
S grapes
D chicken burger oven cooked with leeks in cheese sauce(bisto chheese sauce granules)

tea, coffee, water
 
Has a really busy but productive day today. I'm glad it's the weekend though. Here's today's menu.
B - 0% Greek yogurt with grapes & strawberries.
L - Tandoori chicken (150g).
T - Leftover home made meatballs in tomato sauce, with 15g of Parmesan.
S - 2 slices of ham.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, NAS still flavoured water.

Todays meals

l - 1/2 slice bread with lots of ham and salad
s - yoghurt
t - fish, cheese sauce and four oven chips with peas
1/2 chelsea bun
s- finger of shortbread
tea and coffee (with extra powdered skimmed milk)

Much better today thank you. Drunk loads about 3.5 litres, and felt really soothed. Was a bit tight and nauseous still in the morning, but by afternoon was right as rain.

S: Breakfast biscuit with almond butter
D: beef goulash with yogurt
S: slice chicken and brie

Hi all, well it's been a damp and miserable day here in Nottingham. Hopefully it will be sunny tomorrow. Here's today's menu.

B - Bacon sandwich made with Warburtons thin.
L - Ryvita with laughing cow and ham.
T - Fillet steak (150g) steamed veg & pepper sauce.
S - 60g of strawberries & 0% Greek yogurt.

Drinks - Tea, coffee & NAS still flavoured water.

l - slice of cheesey bread with beetroot salad and extra cheese
fresh cream horn
t - salmon with chilli and ginger - lovely hairy bikers diet recipe served with two tiny herb coated roasties and salad
small slice of millionairre shortcrust pie
didnot go to bed till about 2.30 am so had another piece of cheesey bread with beetroot salad.
 
Didn't put menu up yesterday, was travelling back to Kent. So here it is

Hope you all enjoyed the warmer weather! It was 23 C in my garden today, wonderful.
Went to primark and bought some underwear to use in a couple of month time, only to find it already fits! Cant get my head around being size 20-22, keep thinking its some kind of fluke.

B: Slice ham, slice brie
L: Slice cornbeef with pickle
S: 300ml Iced cafe latte.
D: Chicken, bacon and mushooms in cheese sauce.

Fluids 2.5 litres mostly squash and weak coffee.
 
Well as some of you go off to work and some of you not back yet, I am here at home waiting for a start date. Am tyring to keep myself busy and food on track tis difficult when my hands are empty and mind is ticking over. xx Have agood day all and will post my menu later xx Am so pleased though cos I just had my breakfast was over ambitious got some free range fresh eggs yesteday thought I would scramble 2 and have a wholemeal pitta bread. Far too much only ate half scrambled egg n half the pitta pouchy was full so the bin enjoyed the other half. So pleased thta the restriction is still in full swing n thta I had the sense to put it on the bin I hate that full feeling. ha xx cracking strat to the week (egg- cracking) am witty today xx

L MASHED POTATO, TOMATOES OVEN COOKED BACON. really enjoyed the mash ages since I had it.
D 1 WHOLEMEAL PITTA BREAD, SPREAD WITH TOMATO KETCHUP, 1 SLICE OF LEAN HAM SLICED UP, 1 ONION CHOPPED AND SMALL AMOUNT OF CHEESE GRATED AND THEN GRILLED, WAS DELICIOUS. MMMMMM

s 1 chocolate cookie
1 bag of pom bears

tea, coffee, nas squash.

Last week I actively increased my protein and aimed to get at least 100g a day. I changed my snacks to protein based ones and got my carbs from vegetables and fruit. That is what I think worked for me. My menus last week will give you some ideas of what I ate, if you scroll back :)

I'm not actually losing at the minute either emma so can't really help, except to say as Paula mentioned increasing protein and decreasing carbs really helped me when I stalled.

Todays menu;
breakfast - nothing
lunch - 1/2 slice bread with egg and cress, 2 cocktail sausages, 1/2 mini pork pie, coleslaw
shortbread bite, mini choc cluster (left over from birthday tea last night)
dinner - slice quiche, chicken drumstick, beetroot salad and coleslaw.
